Sam grey and young are both lucky to be staying in as forwards

I think Grey is playing a different role, so about a goal a game would be fair.

And a fair argument could be made that grey kicking 20 in 8 games is paying overs. Port small forward has accounted for approximately 62 out of 132 goals (if you include Impey's return). That's a pretty good return. Problem with young is him consistently going missing during games.

That isn't "instinct". That's learning over time to play a particular role. It's like saying someone who grows up near the beach has a natural born instinct to ride a surfboard. They don't, they just happen to exist in an environment that gives them the opportunity to flourish at it.
Give Jarman Impey a role in the midfield and sure, he may not be racking up 30 possessions in his first few games, but to say he has no "instinct" to become that player is pure, unadulterated garbage.

Definitely best 25 and obviously rated very highly by the coaching group. Was drafted for his (insane) speed and defensive pressure, was never a big possession getter. He is better suited toAFL than SANFL.

you know what, i am going to bite on that i very nearly let it go not blindly following someone and actually having standards for were the club should be performing to and not accepting less does not make some one a F**KING CROWS TROLL ! and calling people that because you don't like what they say / can't see the truth…is plainly ignorant and small minded,


i was a big fan of his, first two years but the last two where a disgrace and taking a first out next back in approach like the last two years is pathetic.

Young was dropped for a reason - he has done nothing for weeks ! and gifting him his spot back after an average SANFL game is a joke. How about reward guys who have been in good from for several weeks.

Monfries is one.
AJ had a brilliant debut and lost his spot. Young does nothing in the AFL for a month and gets it gifted to him after one (average) SANFL game !
