It is alarming to think Sutcliffe will likely be a small defender for us for years to come, we have no replacement for him and it's unlikely we're going to trade anyone into his spot. Might be 3-4 years before a Hughes type can develop enough to take his spot.

Spurr is great overhead, battles his guts out and is decent 1 on 1 but my god - does he have any other kick in his repoitiore other than 'bomb it down the boundary line 50m' . Honestly, I reckon if you replayed every single one of his kicks from the last 2 years, 90% of them will be true to form.
Someone needs to pull him up for it or I'm going to punch my tele.again.

Get there's a bit of feeling between our supporters over trades, I come in peace
Looking forward to our last home game Saturday against a side we haven't seen at Spotless. Pity injuries mean we wont see some of your best. I hope it's a good game and both sides get through it in good shape.
For those of you in Sydney or travelling I expect you'll find Spotless welcoming, and a great little ground to watch footy. The Bledisloe game is across the road at ANZ starting half hour after our game. Not sure it means much but there will be lots of of Rugby fans about on the way out of the ground.
