Unofficial Preview Changes vs GWS

For all those calling for sauce to come back. Do you seriously think he will be any good against Mumford? He will get absolutely manhandled

You're acting like Sauce would have done any better vs Gawn....
It is more the body strength. Sauce has it and o'brien is learning it..in the hitouts gawn won he was giving silver service to his team whereas he needed to be under more pressure when he was getting hand to ball to put him off. O'brien has time on his side but if i was a betting man i would bet on jacobs coming back in this week...especially against that gorilla mumford

Sauce is not ready needs another run in the SANFL, while he was good in the ruck on SAT his game time in the middle was limited and he spent time up Forward When he can run 80% game time in the SANFL ruck then OK.

Also, After this game we have a 5-day break followed by a 15-day break, If you were going to rest ROB then the Richmond game would be the one. and give a good 2 weeks rest.

Team won if there ate any changes it would be those ones which will happen automatically like mcrouch or those pushing their case like Sauce or douglas who showed great form or maybe harto to stop the gws talls. Would suggest only two out that 4 mentioned though

I think it's time for a stengle.. would have been a great round to debut
What is all this love for Stengle. He is just an opportunist forward. A lot of ball skill but basically a receiver . A good SANFL player at best, not a good tackler. Would Richmond have given him away if he the next Eddie, I think not.Murph's tackling power alone keeps him in.

In: Mrouch, Hartigan, McHenry
Out: Sloane, Atkins, Murphy

Matt if fit in for the injured Sloane.

Hartigan will be needed against their tall forward line, so replaces Mackay who replaces Atkins, who needs a swift boot up the arse. Wouldn't mind bringing in Jones for Mackay, but think we need his running power on the wing whilst Seed is underdone.

McHenry for Murphy as he has more upside. We need to give him a taste at least & whilst Murphy did some useful things, he isn't doing enough.

B: Brown, Talia, Hartigan
HB: Smith, Keath, Laird
C: Seedsman, Mrouch, Milera
HF: Lynch, Jenkins, Gallucci
F: Betts, Walker, Greenwood
R: O'Brien, Gibbs, Brouch
I: Kelly, CEY, Mackay, McHenry

Could pose an Argument for 3 changes, as we did not play well, So they could justify 3 changes. 4 may be asking too much,
Hartigan for MacKay better balance against GWS,
M Crouch when Fit is the first player selected. for Sloane (hamstring injury)
But I reckon Douglas aggression, run and Attitude may push him in for a spot against GWS. Question is who does he replace. there are several choices.

An opportunist forward who regularly kicks goals, and Richmond have something like half a dozen players who can play a small forward role - hence he's here, too much competition. He's 4th on the SANFL goalkickers, only two goals behind the leader too.

Your opinion is noted but will not be that of the proffessionals

McHenry wont be brought in to such an emprmous game against quality opposition, which would be my opinion aswell as the professionals

Lol, you may be a "proffessional", but I'm a professional.. & have 3 qualifications to prove it!

PS. So you were happy with Murphy's game? You obviously have low unprofessional standards. ;)

Then your proffesional opinion will be wrong in my opinion

As those proffesionals getting paid unlike yourself wont agree with your so called proffesional opinion in your eyes

What?

You win the game by KICKING GOALS.

Stengle is VASTLY more talented than Murphy, who is a lower league effort guy who's been given some opportunities.

To actually have a skilful crumbing forward in our forward line could be transformational for us.

You dont rate Betts a lot of experts do, but you may be onto something maybe

JJ certainly stood up tonight. That goal he kicked when being man handled was epic. If he can bring that effort each week he's definitely best 22.

And about the same time he did a similar move with a handball to Lynch for goal. Tex played well, lots of score involvement and was there for the kick at 50-70m and our smalls played off him well.

So you ducked the question at hand - were you happy with Murphy's performance as he is the player I would replace with McHenry...
