Sam garys pressure and intensity was amazing. I thought he was good and i normally hate the little campaigner.

Hartlett can bugger off though. Im not sure what the point of him is anymore. Westhoff wasn't the worst, just choked in front of goals - which you know youll always get with him.

Outs: Westhoff, Hartlett, S. Gray. There were other shit players, but these three consistently are missing against quality sides. Hawks are shit, so they'd dominate next week, but that doesn't help us at all. If I never see any of them play for us again I'd be doing cartwheels.

Ins: Houston - I'll take him over Hartlett in a flash.
Dougal - give Dixon some help up forward instead of a dwarf.
Monfries (until Chad is back, then whoever performs worse of him, Young and Ah Chee to go out. Young the 'favourite' on current 'form'.

What is this with everybody wanting the Hoff to be dropped? He makes mistakes that stand out like a sore thumb because of his laconic nature but without him we wouldn't have got anywhere near Geelong tonight. If Wingard had played and we'd won no-one would be calling for the Hoff to be dropped, he was probably in our top 10 players tonight. The effort tonight was magnificent and only overrun by the game being at the cattery and the umpire pandying to the home crowd. Matbe Young for Monfries as Hawthorn have an aging backline that a smarter forward could take advantage of, also AO is wider than Simonds.
