I was interested to read a piece yesterday saying that Pfieffer wont play again this year, because being a rookie every extra game he plays the club must give him match payments and they are trying to cut down on costs. This is also likely to be the reason he is always the first one dropped.
No.

Darren has been told of several specific things he must work on to play.

That would be complete BS.

Obviously only to be taken with a grain of salt but pretty interesting i thought.

The moment I turn to make sure I haven't stained the ceramic after I flush a huge load is more interesting than anything those two clowns - or anyone associated with them - have to say.

Out: Logan, D. Stewart, McCarthy
In: Pfeiffer, Redden, Blee

As terrible has Trengove has been, we're gonna need three talls against Hawthorn if we want any chance of keeping the margin below 100 points.

This, except we will need to get blown by 100 points to get below the bulldogs on the ladder

I'm guessing he's been told he needs to get slower, become a terrible kick, lose his overhead marking ability and his clean hands at ground level and be constantly beaten in one-on-ones so he can be more like Tom Logan, right?

More defensive, and 'harder'

So I assume, a better version of like, Matt Thomas?

Ins: doesn't matter except for Rodan.
Outs: doesn't matter

I don't care about ins and outs as much as I wanting to see a more balanced and intelligent game plan. I hope we don't play too defensively.

Of course I want Rodan in, who doesn't? The rest doesn't matter, game plan will be more important.

90% of this board. Everyone who doesn't think that a player should be returned to the side after being told exactly what he needs to work on in the SANFL and categorically failing to do so. Everyone who doesn't think a rebuilding side should be playing a 28 year old who's probably going to be delisted in a couple of months' time.
