The post above mine suggested WCE was going to bring in Sinclair as a forward...

Considering NN is returning for this game, it does "have something to do with rucks" because if that is the case we now have 4 ruckman playing.

If a player is a tall he has certain places that he can play. In this case we are suggesting Sinclair as a forward to replace a tall forward. Sinclair would not be playing as a ruck so why consider him as a ruck. It is like playing a player who has played back but now as a forward. Do you consider him always to be a back or as a forward? Yes this player can play back but he now is playing as a forward. The logic is simple and inescapable.

Could those be the 5? Happy for Tunners, Carter & Bennell but don't really about Hill.

I think Sinclair as a forward with Lycett and Nic Nat as rucks. Cox flew over as ruck coach when we played Saints so he could be an out.

So a 23 man squad including Cox, rules him out of travelling as the ruck coach I think.

Would really prefer none of the new guys are sub. If you want to see what they have give them a chance at a whole game. I know it unlikely it just shits me that someone could be in for a week or 2 at most and spend 3 qtrs off of the ground each week.

Maybe Butler subs again to give Sheed and Tunbridge more game time?

Simpson, who also promised to play some youth off a six day break this week, said he was not concerned about criticism of his midfield for being small and slow provided they brought effort to the field each week.
“The biggest thing I am looking for in our midfield and with anyone who plays in our side is competitive instinct,” he said.

Guess we can pencil in Priddis, Hutchings and co for 300 games.
