On the news they were talking about the ruck situation and Simpson was saying that a lot of water has to pass under the bridge with cox passing the mantle , sounds like cox doesn't want to retire ! Makes it complicated when he is the ruck coach .

Simpson also said nic would be rested more and maybe even finish the season early if it avoided post season surgury. Hope it's not his groin again

I think it's reasonably obvious that Cox doesn't want to go and with Stocks tweeting "tough call on Cox, greatest ruckman ever" in response to a tweet suggesting it was time Cox left, we can reasonably assume that's the position of Nisbett/Gepp (given they piss in each other's pockets).

This potentially puts Simmo in a tough spot.

Cox needs to be told to go.

It's about seeing things from sheed, Tunbridge, Sinclair, Lycett etc.
Hopefully giving a bit of hope for future.

But yeah every game is game of afl but at this stage of the season it's hmmm....

I will watch it because it's a night game .....if this was a day game I wouldn't waste my daylight time watching it .....

And based on some knowledge ...there have quite a few deaths in the indigenous communities in the last few weeks ...indigenous people are really really close to their uncles, cousins and so on ......

I attended an indigenous funeral last week in tambellup. This town is tiny .....600 people turned up,

I'm only guessing a bit but I wonder of there has been something happening away from footy

FWIW I would be happy for cox to stay on the list if he accepted his role was ruck coach and ruck depth/backup . At a pinch cox would be much better than a project 19/20 year old project ruck or McGovern as main ruck
