Quoted for the extreme lol's .... Why can't some people just accept that our list is poor and a good chunk of that is on Woosh for mismanaging the team and the type of players he built the team with... Add in his poor player development and you have the current shitness.

Woosh isn't the solution, he was a huge part of the problem.

Why is that so hard to grasp?

or maybe he did the best with waht he had? i dont see any mismanagement. you will always have a player unhappy, but thats just the way it is. i mean ebert left but so did buddy. is that due to clarkson mismanagement?

the recruiting has been the problem. very hard to turn turds into gold, no matter how much coaching you give.

Out: Kennedy (susp), Rosa (inj), Butler, Brennan

In: Nicnat, Sheed, Bennell, Smith (sub)

While Rocckliff has been offered a week for striking Rance. What a joke the MRP panel.
1 week for what Kennedy did (very lucky) and 1 for Rocky (shouldnt have been insufficient force like how Abblet gets it all the time)
Go and cry about it on your own board.

Barrass (groin) season
Powell (shoulder) season
Rosa (pectoral muscle) season
Waters (shoulder) season
Selwood (ankle) 7-9 weeks
Brown (knee/ankle) 3-4 weeks
Colledge (ankle) 3-4 weeks
Yeo (hand) 3-4 weeks

Sigh was hopping Colledge could get a gig.
Yeo has gone from 3-5 to 3-4. Sigh.

Brisbane will be without Leuenberger,Rich,Rockliff and Redden this week.

If there's a midfield we may actually get on top of.........

IN: Sheed, College, Bennell

OUT: Rosa (inj), Brennan (stupid idea to play him in the first place), Masten (sick of his shit)

Brennan was brought in for defensive pace. Who else could attempt to run down a Jetta, Rohan or Franklin if they got behind our defence.

Thought McGinnity played really well and adds great chasing pressure and has good pace. Every side needs a Pupolo type, not a gun but will run hard and tackle all day, win turnovers and maybe kicks a goal or two. Takes up minimum cap space but is effective and reliable in what he does.

Would like to see Tunbridge, Sheed, Carter and in the next month Karpaney earn a game. JK out NN in and plays mainly forward, Lycett takes first ruck.

Was a good game from Lycett and he is a big lump of a ruck. He really fought hard in close and put solid body contact on the other ruck. Lycett smashes into the oppositions fist ruck and rotate NN and Cox against them. If NN is still sore rest him.

I would like to see Sheed get a game at the very least to instill some sort of faith in our support staff, but I reckon he'll still be playing in the WAFL whilst Aish lines up against us. We should win though, but it still won't shake the 'flat track bullies' tag that we have.

Damn Aish and his front running antics are putting our recruiters to shame, why aren't our twenty odd front runners as classy as Aish.

Still down on Aish ER ...

I still reckon you've underestimated him. Like all kids he's got things to work on, hence his benching on the weekend. But he's also been a key player in some good wins for Brisbane and he's been better at winning ball than you reckoned he would be.

Hasn't looked overawed at the level and has shown some elite ball use and decision making.

You need to be more open minded to the idea that you might have got him wrong :)

I agree re McGinnity

No chance, Hanley will be flying the flag in the midfield with a pack of 18 years olds, Taylor, Aish, Robertson
Surefire rising star nomination for one of them. Mcstay will probably play the game of his short career.
Aish has had a few quiet games of late. Watch out for his Billings esque 3 goal first quarter.
