Do we want a young half back flanker sighted all that often though?

I want to see him rarely but when it's his time he attacks it, is one touch and uses his more senior teammates.

Agreed. though is it a case of simmo and the mc not liking them or is it lack of opportunity to suceed? mcinnes did alright at chf in 2015 when darling was injured for the first half of the season. i dont know if we can right them off given the way the mc selects the side. not giving untried guys a go has been a hallmark of our side the last few years

I think the development of our younger players has been atrocious, Fraser McInnes had all the physical attributes to be a solid AFL player, Tom a Lamb should have been playing already, Karpany should have had 30 games under his belt. It's like were drafting players to play in the wafl only. I know drafting is hit and miss but once we have got these kids in the system why do we leave them to rot in The wafl. Not sure what we do to get these kids ready to play senior football but to me something is a miss..
