There will be a scattering of purple around the ground, but the greatest concentration will be in the block where the cheer squad are. Not sure which end they'll be but it's easy to get from one side of the ground to the other at Etihad. I'm taking my 7 year old so my biggest concern is where the least swearing will be...

I think the first 3 are pretty much a lock and I'm confident Nyhuis will get a debut, but not sure who the 4th out is. Probably Logue or Ryan. If Hilly is fit it gets even more complicated - Grey or Croz might be in some trouble? Suban will be safe. Tucker too hopefully. Interesting times ahead.

According to afl.com.au S.Hill is a very strong chance to return. Personally wouldn't mind if we played Fyfe as a permanent forward and he was encouraged to fly for every mark in his area. Also would like them to bring in Nyhuis and play Spurr forward. It's not ideal but a short term option to improve our marking in the forward line. If I was picking it would be:
In Tabs, Blakely, S.Hill, Nyhuis
Out: Sandy, McCarthy, Grey, Sheridan.
I thought Logue did a good job shutting down Membrey. Holding him to a goal (Membrey kicked one on Hamling too) and would keep him in the team perhaps playing some time forward.
If Cox doesn't get up Id play Logue forward and bring in De Luca or keep Grey.

Think they want to bring back Langdon via Peel to properly test the knee which probably means Grey gets to stay which is ok IMO, he will learn from that reversal.

I think we would need to bring in one or two talls for the 3 going out or we might be in a world of pain if we get any injury to the others. Tabs and/or Collins for mine, Kersten still needs to find some confidence. But even happier if Johnson plays.

Really think Nyhuis deserves a chance. Has been so close, the Peel bye may have delayed his debut a few weeks ago. Seems to be doing well down at Peel from all reports.

Logue up forward would be nice with Sandilands and McCarthy out. Just need that little bit more marking power besides Fyfe and Cox and the occasional Crozier cameo.

Sandi/McCarthy for Blakely/Hill. Nyhuis who deserves a run, in for Sheridan, who doesn't.

(1) It's a stupid name (2) it infers Darcy is a stupid animal who can't do anything else (3) He looks nothing like Hodor.

And if the players are really deciding who is to play than Ross has lost the plot. Would explain why Ballas and Mayne couldn't get dropped.

I don't want to see Grey "disciplined". I think we need some aggression and he brings it. He needs to keep it targeted, but dropping him would not be the way I would get him to learn that. He'd already be fully aware of his stuff up and it's consequences. See how he handles that this week.

Logue needs a bit of clarity I reckon and I would keep him in defense until he begins to feel comfortable. He is doing ok, but shifting him forward for anything but a short stint doesn't feel like what he needs for his development.
