I think Bomber will play 3 rucks next week on the hard surface of TD as he is keen to try it out. Blake was only dropped today because it the ground was too wet for 3 talls. I think Varcoe will go for Chappy but I am not sure about who will make way for Blake. Do you drop NAblett and play Otto as a forward? It is tricky.

I think another possible change is
OUT: David Johnson
In Josh Hunt

Thought that was the worst game I have seen from DJ for a while and Josh Hunt was extremely stiff to get dropped in the first place.

Are you Mr or Mrs Gardiner ?
Mrs Gardiner died the year he was drafted - sure this reference wasn't intentional. Charlie looked good in the VFL but is not of AFL standard - Hunt looked much better - and set up a few goals from the half-back line. Byrnsie shot himself in the foot today - can only be regarded as a fill-in now. Nablett is a funny one - not great by any means but used as a target which the Crows found hard to counter. I thought they really tested us today.

with Bomber wanting that 3 man ruck to try then Blake is a sure thing but who comes out for him will be a hard choice.
You guys are right with Chapman in for Brynes

In: Hunt, Blake, Chappy
Out: Johnson, King, Byrnes

Rooke > Hunt > Johnson

agree with this one, only thing that sucks is Bomber will keep King in to try his three ruckman theory and it will backfire costing us the game and some pride running into finals. Last thing we want is losing to a team we may play in round one of the finals.

Rooke > Hunt > Johnson

What he said.

I'm skeptical that Bomber will play 3 rucks against North, they're in good form. I'm not quite sure if he really means it or is just saying it to put off other teams. Anyway, I think King's game today put a dent in the 3 rucks plan, I've kept quiet to give him a chance, but King didn't do himself any favours. but I think Josh Hunt should be in next week.

(wouldn't be surprised if Chappy was rested another week, and Byrnes* got another run)

*

If Blake is not fit King should play if not no way
We would be too top heavy
The only other reason would be iff Mooney or Nsthsn were injured so that Ottens plays up forward more often

I have been on S.B's case all year, but today he held his own, especially when we were stagnant.

Also I would give Charlie a go or two for NAB.

Its a tough one to see who goes out-

Out: Varcoe or Booers :D

In: Chapman (hopefullly he is right for next week).

J.hunt hasn't really played a bad game since his return, and he had a great game in the VFL yesterday, at least theres an option.

Is there any chance that you guys might rest up a couple of players (or at least give Chapman 1 more week) as you have already sewd up a top position? I know this would be stupid as you'd want to keep your momentum going, but still is there any chace?

According to the AFL site, Mark Thompson said that Paul Chapman should be avaliable next week, and maybe even Rooke. Sounds like Maxxie isn't far of from returning.

i thhhink chappy will play this wk, rooke wil cum back via the 2s. byrnes should go, just coz i hate him and he cant kick. thought varcoe struggled a bit 2day, but as usual, his defensive pressure is just awesome makin it hard 2 drop him.

king was ok. i am lost 4 changes nxt wk. id love 2 c hunt get back in, i really think he is a very very honest player, but who i want out of that side after byrnes becomes very hard 2 work out! what a great dilemma 2 have!
