Maybe, may not be too! seemed to lack a lot of desire and hunger. chasing was poor. Seemed to struggle with the pace of the game. I have been itching to see him play for such a long time too.
But seriously if Martin is keeping Matt Crouch or Grigg out of the team then Sando isn't thinking about next year and beyond.

I am not so sure Grigg deserves to come back in. Something seems to be slightly off with him. Had a great end to the season last year but this season has just been a disappointment.

25 disposals (22 kicks), 12 inside 50's and 2 goals yesterday against the equal top team in the SANFL yesterday.

I know people don't like him in the team (myself usually included) but I think Reilly needs to come in to allow Smith to play in the middle.

I watched the SANFL game on Saturday and he looked genuinely good and I think being dropped on the eve of his 200th could have been the kick in the butt he needed, when Reilly plays well so do the Crows (just look at 2012).

Who in the midfield moves out?
Would like a shuffle of the deck, Sloane to Smith's position.

Needs to repeat for a few weeks.

Could do worse...

Well Kedge was the one who moved out today, but Ellis-Yolmen played in the midfield when he came on anyway (was even at a centre bounce) so there should be a spot somewhere there.

Reilly will inevitably get his 200th game and spud it up like he always does. Been absolutely shocking this year.

Grigg still looked a bit off in the reserves if you ask me. I think he is a few more solid performance off being AFL ready. Reilly was honestly the standout, or most 'AFL ready' imo. Give him his 200th and be done with him short after.

Matt Crouch says hi

It'll also be interesting to see what they do with B.Crouch because he's easily in our best 18, had 31 touches and ran out the game well but I doubt they'll play him.

Another Walker situation.

B crouch needs at least another week match fitness but bring in his brother & Reilly. Smithers into the midfield as we are struggling there.

Out

Martin- not all his fault, shouldn't have been on Mayne but theres better in the ressies
Pods- need more run against North. Wont happen though

IN

Reilly- watched the replay of the ressies. Too good for that level.
M Crouch- Again, too good for that level.

Rutten stays due to North having a few big guys and a few others like Lyons and CEY on notice although the latter was OK when thrown into a lost cause. Grigg worked his way back into form but needs to do it again next week, B Crouch gets another week in the twos but looks more than good enough already. Even my man Riley Knight looked super.

Also if Danger is as hurt as he looks then he drops out. Selectors have shown fleeting moments of bravery this year. Time for some more.

Can't use that excuse for Martin. He found himself on Mayne for 1 contest. Otten immediately went back to him. They obviously got split in traffic and had to swap for less than a minute.

Martin just wasn't good enough yesterday. I real shame because I think he's handy, but his performance was just too too bad for a mid/flanker to not get dropped.

Some calls for Pods to be dropped. I haven't seen the game but he must have had a shocker if there are calls for him to be dropped considering I believe he's been a huge asset for most of the season.

Well pods wasn't good, but neither were Tex or Jenkins. To isolate Pods as the poor key forward yesterday is plain bias. Those that are critical of Pods yesterday must also be critical of Tex & Jenkins. Likewise those critical of Jenkins yesterday must look at Tex & Pods.

The forwards didn't compete well enough and lost too many one on ones (often out numbered), but the biggest reason was the midfield supremacy of the Dockers.
