Who cares really until there is actually AFL quality players available it is just shuffling deck chairs. A third of the current team is not at the required level to be on an AFL List let alone get a game.

No coach or coaches would have a hope in hell with this team as it stands.

The only players developing that played and that i see have a future are ginbey, bazzo and culley.

So thats 9 out of the 23 that were out there. I dont even think we'll ever see sustained and meaningful contributions from the likes of gov, yeo, nic, cripps & shuey so we need to phase them out over the next 24 months.

Lets hope the young ones come on quickly because guys like cole and duggan arnt going to get it done for us.
