Callan could be a possible replacement for Josh Hunt, and Tenace after a few impressive performances in the VFL could be in line also.

In: Callan Ottens Tenace.

I like those changes (especially the bit with Byrnes OUT). I'd rather see Blake keep his spot and King dropped but we know that won't happen. I love Callan's desperation so I don't mind seeing him rewarded. And Tenace has had 83 possessions in 2 games, you can't really do much more than that.

True, but contrary to popular opinion he also isn't the only guy on our list who misses targets. I saw plenty of poor kicks last Sunday by almost the entire team. Enright, Corey, Ling, Byrnes........none are super reliable.

what happened to tenace?

he looked a very likely sort in his first season and now he just seems out of sorts.

his disposal is nothing like it was his first season. he now kicks floating chopper kicks.

why does he not get the chances that byrnes and gardiner get? does thompson have something to do with this guys confidence?

Easy to answer

thompson has to be directly responsible for callan and tenace not progressing or gaining confidence. they arent world beaters but they dont get the chances that other duds like playfair (in the past), byrnes, gardiner, etc get.

especially callan, he would have been the most likely to replace hunt, both being back pocket types. and he has been over looked twice already this season.
