Link to confirmation or you have made this up. Only limited minutes this year was against Richmond while getting his knee assessed. Every other game has been 105-120 minutes played. So you made that up to.
Post I quoted was referencing two players. 1st paragraph Masten, 2nd Yeo.

If we're going to bring in a completely unnecessary 4th tall forward my vote goes to Mitch Brown, I'm thinking we just drop him in the forward pocket or something, can't really have that big an affect on the team surely?
I reckon bring in Staker to run with Goodes. He played a good game once and proved all the naysayers wrong forever.

OUT: Trench warfare
IN: Shock and awe

Hopefully we pick up where we left off in the second half against Richmond. That was the best footy I've seen from any team this year and in my opinion no other side will stand up to it if we bring it.

All these people wanking over Melbourne forget who we've beaten with Shuey on the sidelines.

The storm is coming and these pricks are going to be on the wrong end of it.
Melbourne are a worry they are good this season very scary

Did they beat the shit out of Richmond and then blitz them before Richmond knew what was happening? No. They hammered weakened sides. When we did that in the past, people called us flat-track bullies.

I'm not scared of Melbourne. I'm not scared of any team. I think some of our road trips will be challenging if other teams are good enough to force us out of our comfort zone. But we can win every game from here on. We match or surpass every team for talent and if we play the way we played against Richmond in the second half, no team will get within five goals of us. That was awesome. That was 1991 shit. It's go time. It's go time. Forget this fluff of recent years where we just run around and everyone gets a go at it but when the other side steps up we go to water. Nah. That's not how we roll in 2018. We're tough. We hit hard. We smash you and then when we get the ball we leave you in pieces. The storm is coming.

Is that sustainable? Can we do it on command in Melbourne? Those are open questions. But we also saw Plan B against Hawthorn the week after we took a shit on Richmond's face. We should have won that game by six goals. But in the past two years we would have shat the bed and lost it. We all saw those fade-outs. Instead we went the other way to the extreme. Instead of getting run over in the last quarter, we stopped Hawthorn getting it past the wing for 15 minutes. That was an ugly way to win but that's how you beat Sydney in Sydney. We're harder this year.

We're the real deal. We don't need to think about our opponents. We need to make sure that our connection, tactics and personnel are good to go when it matters.

Tell the naysayers to get in line behind Robert Walls. We're going to roll through you like wet shit.

The storm is coming.

Kennedy won't be around forever and no-one predicted Waterman to tear it up like this.

KPFs take time so I'm pretty sure the player and the club won't mind if Brander and both Allens take a while to debut.

Someone did!

Still only half the player his brother would have been however, such a waste.

We won't be messing with the structure just to blood Brander or Matty Allen.

If we blood one it'll be in exchange for an existing KPF and that will only happen if the club believes that either JK, JD or Misty could benefit from having the extra week off.

While there's something to be said for developing flexibility in the gameplan, dramatically altering the forwardline structure is simply ludicrous and underestimates the significance of the small forward role.

Was only a season or 2 ago when at least 1 of the more respected posters on here declared the small forward position dead.how wrong they were

Lol. Reading some of these changes.... I sure hope the match committee dont read this!

team rolling along, tearing new ones each week and half the people on this board want wholesale changes! Dont mess with a winning formula, just change for injuries only.

The beauty is if we keep this form up, the concept of us having to consistently win at the MCG is irrelevant as well. If we come top 2 we will only have to win there once

I need to go back and watch every old episode before delving into this new series

Season 4 tormented me a little bit. I have hopes 5 can turn it around.

I'm also thinking we raid the banana stand for Gaff's new contract.

If Brander comes in Waterman gets an extended break.

Like for like replacements and maintain our forward mix.
Is he really like for like though (I'm genuinely asking)? Brander looks to me to be an out and out KPP where as Waterman is more a 3rd tall with a very good tank who gets up the ground. Would have thought Oscar Allen is more like for like with Waterman.
