I noticed time and again, he wasn't taking the first option, and then getting nailed.
He wasn't alone in that though.

I watched it again tonight (sad isn’t it?) and he actually wasn’t too bad. As you said, he did miss a couple of opportunities but he was unlucky to get pinged once as he attacked the ball and it spilled but he did a lot of good things and linked play. Like a lot of players, he was scragged a lot but I think he will still be worth his game and will get better. Hutchings is a battler and his disposal is crap but he is a trier. Looks to be one to be in the sights to make way when we have a full squad but will be unlucky.
