By Spiritual leader my post was in reference as the emergency for tomorrow ...ie good idea to have him involved as he is highly respected in the playing group ...the players would like having him around and why wouldn't or shouldnt he have been captain , very well spoken gives all he has got , plays for the team , sticks up for teammates and is always around the ball as a midfielder . Nothing against Hurn but the way the players have stood for the Priddis situation of late its a sure sign of there respect .

If you cant post a simple comment like I did and people lose there shit about it ..im out .
The people that spoke out against your post are the loud negative minority. They can't let a Priddis post go by without sticking the boots in.

Todays game is an elimination final if we drop this one then the finals are effectively out .

Today 50/50.
Carlton . W
GWS. L
ADL. L

We will learn a lot about the fabric and character of our list individually and collectively this afternoon.

Our best will win this ...... but lets see which team shows up.

I've never been part of the Priddis bashing, and whilst I don't enjoy the idea I'm ok with him not playing today.

I stand by statement of rather Priddis than Masten.
I don't get that though, they are playing completely different roles and Priddis in would mean less time on ball for Sheed/Redden.

Happy with Masten over Priddis today.

Petrie rucks with Vardy or McInnes. Gov is one of our most influential players and we've wasted his influence this whole year.

Well firstly, he's played in the backline in all but about five or six games this year (Mooney put up a graphic to that effect in the pre-game) so I don't see how that's wasting his influence for the whole year.

Secondly this discussion only started because you said we'd be playing three of our six bigs in the backline this week, which clearly we weren't going to do.

Those 5-6 games have been during the patch of games where we won 2 of 8 or whatever it was.
