Can definitely see Libba and one or two others being rested for the Essendon game considering it’s only a 5 day break vs Cats the week after. After Essendon next week, we have a 5 day break, then a bye. Might be a good time.

Libba did a decent job on Rowell last year.Dunkley destroyed Rowell. Wonder if we’ll do the same with Kennedy to him.

This from BOM humidty between 52 and 66Interesting to note, that despite our recent form, a fair few seem to be tipping the Suns this weekend. Can understand in part from our travel load so far, and their record up in Darwin is good. Hopefully we don't get complacent and take the game lightly.
Just checked the forecast. Only 48% humidity at this stage, which is great. Will be warm at night, with temperatures hovering around the mid 20s for the whole game. And very light to little wind at all, and no rain. Probably the best we could ask for really. Especially the humidity side of things.

I'm not at all confident about this one. If it was at Marvel or even Carrara we'd be justifiable favourites but Darwin will be harder. Last time I checked the odds were about 50/50 (gamble responsibly folks). Their form is a bit erratic and the draw has so far been kind to them. They have played the bottom five teams on the ladder won four of those by big margins but lost the game against Richmond. They have also played top side Brisbane (loss) and fifth side Adelaide (1 pt win at home). Their best is very good but we don't know what game they'll bring on Saturday.Interesting to note, that despite our recent form, a fair few seem to be tipping the Suns this weekend. We do however finish games well. Not so much the first quarter.Given the conditions will favour the Suns we will need to establish and lead of at least a2 to 3 goals at 3/4 time and hope to hold on in the last quarter. The dogs not often win four in a row,
The problem with weather sites/sources, is that each one tends to differ a little from another. Hopefully it actually does end up on the lower end. This from BOM humidty between 52 and 66
Temp between 21 to 27 feels like 32 to 30

What is our best ever winning streak in history, and also under Bevo? None would be as well resourced as BoM. I ignore the others (who probably just use BoM data anyway). The problem with weather sites/sources, is that each one tends to differ a little from another. Hopefully it actually does end up on the lower end.

I hope that's the case, the first few days of May up here were quite dry, the last few days have been quite humid, with the humidity level between 75-90 %Interesting to note, that despite our recent form, a fair few seem to be tipping the Suns this weekend. Don't know the exact answer, but the most dominant period I can remember was the start of 2008, when we only lost 1 of our first 15 games (and 1 draw). What is our best ever winning streak in history, and also under Bevo? Anyone here know off the top of their head?

That loss was to Norf, when Johno had a set shot of about 35 metres on a slight angle after the siren to win the match and missed.
Yes, we won the first 9 games of 1946 before losing to Carlton by 4 points.Through a bit of Wikipedia searching, I can see we won 6 in a row in 2008 too. We also won 7 in a row from the last few rounds of 1954 to the first few rounds of 1955, which is the greatest streak I've found.
[Edit: AFL tables says we won 9 in a row in 1946!]
You cant have faith in weather reports this far out. Particularly in the tropics. Disregard until saturday am.The problem with weather sites/sources, is that each one tends to differ a little from another. Hopefully it actually does end up on the lower end.
End of 2016?What is our best ever winning streak in history, and also under Bevo? Anyone here know off the top of their head?
