32yo with history of calf injuries whoās had setback after setback since September last year. Having concerns for his long term playing future is not unreasonable.
Once theyāre chronic it can be very difficult to make it back. Jack Martin and Harley Bennell are good examples of this in recent years.
Ok, if heās saying it himself then speculation is warranted. Apologies, I missed that.Treloar himself even said he wasn't sure if this might be it after his 3rd one and wondering if his body would let him get back to full fitness so it's not completely unreasonable.
Whatever happens, Iād at least want to give him next year. JJ seems to be doing okay and heās probably had it worse.Ok, if heās saying it himself then speculation is warranted. Apologies, I missed that.
Does seem a bit of an AFL theme though. I recall Libba being written off about 5 years ago by many people. Thereās a long way to go in the season. Letās see what happens.

yeah, was screaming at the TV to sub Adz out, strange decision considering the game was overADZ out again thought he should have been eased back as sub last week. Not sure it would have made a difference but it might stop soreness due to game overload.
Can imagine him being Adz-amantyeah, was screaming at the TV to sub Adz out, strange decision considering the game was over
that he was perfectly ok to play on.No itās quite common to feel like that following the first game after a long break. I remember hardly being able to get out of bed 2 days after my first game as a wicketkeeper each year. Then next week recovery is almost completely back to normal. On his podcast, Treloar said he had pulled up sore.
He said, 'Gee wees Louise' when referring to how sore he was. He stated if he feels like this after every match, he won't play many more matches.
Treloar proved last week that he still has it. Hopefully his body lets him string more games together. We thought Libba was going to have to medically retire last year and now heās in almost career best form.
I understand itās more muscle for Treloar but I still think heās far from finished.
Goes alright as a half back these days JeffreyEarly contender for spud of the week turning it on... Joel Jeffrey. Hopeless for all but the Darwin games when turns it on.
We're 1-3 as Underdogs this year but 5-0 as favourite.I feel better with GC now favourite![]()
Iām in Darwin for the game. Last night at game time it was 26 degrees and stifling. Run is going to be important, itās dry during the day but seems to get humid at night. Lots of Dogs fans from Willy and Altona up here
