Sydney are gonna be fired up too after starting 0-2 as well. Shit.

Well I hope that we have 50,000 screaming mad supporters

Today over the TV Adelaide Oval looked loud and intimidating, it looked like the crowed was so close to the game and right in the game

We need to make AO our fortress

Gus knows he would only have one shot, whereas Smack has been told but doesnt put in. Still, round 1 was good so he gets one more chance. Porps and Pods no, Shaw maybe, Jaensch no if hes a defender, Rutten on notice but he wont be dropped.

Thommo stood up when most others fell down. We need more outside run ala Smith and DMac who were good in patches. Cameron or Knight come in if the selectors have balls

Out: Shaw. In: Hartigan.
Out: Smack. In: JJ
Out: Lewis Johnson. In: CEY
Out: Porps:(. In: Petrenko (has had impact as sub before)
Out: Jaensch. (or get him the **** away from defence) In: Laird.
Out Pods: In Tex (just play already!)

Out: the game plan.(is shit) In: the 2012 game plan (even though it is 2 years old, it worked).

To be honest I struggle to get invested in these selections.

I don't think Sando or the coaching panel have any idea which players we want to invest in and which we see as backups.

Which is why Martin is in our round 1 starting 18 then a week later they change their mind and he's back to depth player.

It's the same reason why Richard Tambling still got games late last year when it was clear to all and sundry that he was destined for the chop.

It's why Matthew Jaensch is a depth player all through 2013 and then Sando has a lightbulb moment and decides to make him the main channel of our ball movement.

Lyons will probably be brought back, played out of position and then dropped a week or two later.
Porplyzia will be dropped, dominate the SANFL, come back in the following week, suck, get the green vest the next week, back to SANFL.
Matt Crouch will get a green vest then get squeezed out after struggling to pick up the pace against Sydney in the last quarter.
Random games, mostly involving a vest, will be invested into CEY, Knight, Siggins, Spina, Cameron, Battersby, mCrouch, Shaw, Martin, Lyons and at the end of the season we'll have come no closer to knowing which we want to keep, which we consider depth, which we want to trade/delist.

And every week we'll be spoonfed some random crap about 'stiff' and 'unlucky' from Droopy Dog Harper.

I have no confidence in Sando swinging the axe but it needs to be done. So much deadwood to clear out from this team.

Out: Pods (old, slow, done), Porps (finished, you were a good servant but your time here is done), Shaw (not AFL standard), McKernan (ditto), Jaensch

In: Laird (need some mongrel back there), M. Crouch, Jenkins (couldn't be worse than Pods surely?), Lyons (why was he dropped in the first place?!, CEY/Cameron

How far away are Lynch and Otten?
Hit the nail on the head. You've covered all of my thoughts. Unfortunately for us all, this will not happen.

At the very least, Pods must be dropped - surely Jenkins couldn't do any worse.

Nice summary of our selection policy:thumbsu:

Did Crouch injure his ankle? I heard on MMM that he was hobbling post game.

Apparently he went off with ten minutes on the clock. Doc also said he should be good for next week.

EDIT: Broken? Not good for next week. Bad news.

Over the first two rounds the Swans are averaging a little more than a goal a qtr after half time

If we are in front at half time we should win

Out: porps

Who was on crutches walking off? Looked like crouch to me

Yep crouch with fractured fibula, matt crouch might get a go but would rather Lyons in and not as sub

Out
LJ - good one minute however soft and lazy most of the time
Wright, has continued off from 2013 with poor opening round performances
Crouch, injured
Smack, thought he was worse than JPod

In
Charlie to replace LJ as we need more speed and forward pressure inside forward 50
Laird to replace Wright and push Matty J from defence to forward
Matt Crouch to come in for his brother, need to play him he is a talent
JJ comes in for Smack

Our selection policy in a nutshell. It was shit under Craig and has continued under Sando. I know Sando is not at fault for the loss of picks but he needs to cop some of the flack.

Spin, Spin, Spin, Spin. I would rather hear nothing from any Crow player, coach or admin. Until there is something decent and realistic to speak about. To much babble about how fit we are. We are obviously not.
