I think the drop off in tackling is from less time spent with our tackling coach of the last few years John Donahue who I last heard is working close to full time with North.
Don't get me started on this one, was he tackling or wrestling coach?

We need one of both.

Well it's Thursday night and I'm really pissed off with the selections again this week.

Something has to be done about this. I don't know what the **** Hinkley is doing. It's disgraceful, it's unacceptable, it's...it's...oh hell, hang on.....

Looks like no changes for Sydney apart from Ryder as all other possible players are named in the Magpies side which plays Sunday. Apart from a sub player selection I cant see anyone playing on Sunday playing the following Thursday night.

Matthew Nicholls' Wikipedia page is screaming out for an update...
Umpire Sirengate. I will start an Umpire Sirengate watch closer to the next game we get him.

In: Ryder, Neade, O'shea.
Out: Mitchell, Jonas, Pittard.

Harsh on Pittard but he's giving me the shits. Could have a number of players but including Moore or even Hartlett but we need the midfield grunt.

Neade and particularly O'shea play in our finals teams.

FF: Justin Westhoff, Patrick Ryder, Angus Monfries
HF: Nathan Krakouer, Jay Schultz, Chad Wingard
C: Brad Ebert, Travis Boak, Sam Colquhoun
HB: Hamish Hartlett, Jack Hombsch, Matthew Broadbent
FB: Jackson Trengrove, Alipate Carlile, Jarman Impey
Foll: Matthew Lobbe, Ollie Wines, Robbie Gray

Interchange: Jasper Pittard, Brenden Ah Chee, Tom Clurey, Andrew Moore (sub)

I think this forward line looks very dangerous, obviously Westy will play his normal role of moving through the midfield and down back and that is where the midfielders can rest. If we are going to show faith in Pittard, which I don't think he deserves then I think you have to send Krak forward. Krak is a very capable player on the ground and in the air and maybe can be another target on the half forward line. I think this team looks a lot stronger than what we have been sending out on the field.

I've tried to put a legitimate segment to Nicholls Wikipedia page, even had a reference. Some bas***** keeps removing it
I'd put Ryder at CHF because he can run and has a longer kick and leave Schulz as a stay at home forward.

I lol'd

Suspect Franklin is going to get a little holiday for rough conduct. Ran past the footy to bump, possibly collected his opponent head-high in doing so.

Tippett had his number taken also, I'm guessing for striking, but I reckon he'll get off.
Should both go

No buddy or Tippet we would still struggle in current form regardless.

They'll both get off anyway

Last years Port vs Sydney without LF/KT: Big Win.
Last years Port vs Sydney with LF/KT: Oooh nice game
Anzac Day '15 Port vs Sydney without LF/KT: Small win
Anzac Day '15 Port vs Sydney with LF/KT: Toss of a coin
Last weeks port vs Sydney with or without LF/KT: Let's not talk about it.

The point being, they can do it. Of course they can. Its in their minds and their bodies. Not that a forum post will get to them, but just win please.
