Prediction Changes vs Sydney

I did say possibly, even so it's small.

I just did the maths and Blundstone is 973 meters squared smaller than the SCG. Kardinya Park is 1068 meters squared smaller than the SCG.

For comparison, the SCG is about 291 meters square smaller than Optus.

So really it's not that bad.

Damn.

Interestingly you would have thought Masten would have been a strong chance to play this week if they are bringing Smith in. Not being an emergency doesn't bode well for him.
Was thinking the same thing. Maybe Simmo has sent Masto back to the 2s to work on some aspect of his game (like he did with Sheed last year). ??

What was with all the ducks and drakes BS by the club?

If Yeo wasn't going to be playing, just say so. Stuff happens. Did we think we were going to trick Sydney or something?

Bit silly
Maybe they were giving Yeo an extra 24 hours to see if he could overcome his injury and then would have flown him over late? Who knows! As you said a bit of ducks & drakes from the Club.

Think Ah Chee still might be the type that excels when given confidence and a chance to prove himself. Smith doesn’t have a very high ceiling but Ah Chee could be anything. Missed a chance to throw him in the middle and say, this is your chance, grab it. We know what we’re getting with Smith. If there was any game to take a risk it was this one.
If Ah Chee could be anything he is taking a f**king long time showing it, about 6 years in the system points more to he could be nothing.

Was told this morning that his role was changing and he had been sent to WAFL to work on new role.
Has something to do with quicker movement through the corridor. Source was an ex Eagles and Dockers player who still has good contacts.

Ex Eagles and Dockers player? That actually narrows your source down quite a bit.

You all know Ah Chee should be playing.

As much as I hold out hope for Sneeze, you make a very good point!
Remember Sheed and Redden and even Yeo had their detractors in the beginning, but they turned a corner and came good.
That corner is proving very elusive for Sneeze it seems at present?

Yep supporting the young players in the WAFL, that's his new role. Omitted from the AFL team and for good reason

Expected Smith to be included this week somehow. Just quietly, Matt Allen included in travelling Emergency. If there is a game to give Mallen a go, it is this game.

Has he traveled or just named as an emergency when Yeo came out?

I was only aware of Achee flying over. If Mallen has gone over as well there may be doubts on someone else as we usually only take one extra

Just named as Emergency. Not sure if he travelled as well.
