ok, having slept on things and watching the Casey game. hers what id like to see thius week

In -

Liam Jurrah - goes without saying
Sam Blease - has been playing great at VFL level, and hes what we need
Jack Watts - has done enough. Wont be overlooked since Casey have a bye
Brad Green - great user of the footy,

Out -

Rohan Bail - has struggled for a few weeks. Zero tackles vs Hawks
Colin Sylvia - is underdone., and had just 1 tackle vs Hawks
Matthew Bate - not a part of the future. Has no impact on games
Jamie Bennell - it was him or Petterd, and Petterd potentially offers a lot more

B - Rivers Frawley Bartram

HB - T.McDonald Garland Grimes

C - Blease Jones Morton

HF - Petterd Clark Davey

F - Watts Green Howe

R - Jamar Trengove Magner

I/C - Moloney Fitzpatrick McKenzie Jurrah (sub)

Nice one VTJ, I agree with all of this save Petterd should be sub and not Jurrah. Jurrah next to Clark and let's see if we kick over 70 points for once this year!

And drop Fitzpatrick in favor of Stef Martin. Fitzy made a few surprise tackles but looked horrible in contested marking situations.

Apparently Wattsy was training with the back 6 today.

I wouldn't mind playing him in the back half, to teach him some accountability.

But please, as a quarterback not a running half-back.

Poor bloke will have played every position available before we reach the bye. They just need to choose one spot and stick with it.

Just my opinion here -

I saw a replay of the Casey game v Box Hill this week and from that I don't see Watts getting in to the side.

I could be way off mark but he can get the ball, he can use the ball and he is a talented player, but he doesn't have the intensity or hunger at the moment.

Just my opinion from an outsider looking in - and I don't know what the answer in but I hope Neeld sends a message that you need to work hard to be in my team....

Ins
Jurrah - looks ready
Blease - need some speed - looks like he has been playing some good VFL footy - hope he is ready to tackle and rebound if he comes in
Taggart - from the other thread - would like to see the kid get a game - I hae no idea if he is ready
Sellar - I know he isn't much chop but he is better the Fitzy

outs
You could pick a bakers dozen without thinking of who deserves to be out

Martin > Sellar I think.

And with Watts, I agree... In my mind he shouldn't get a game.

But who knows, he could be busting his ass on the track during the week to impress.

Certainly Neeld has indicated in the last couple of days that he's pleased with his 'overall attitude'.

the chance of Watts being left out when Casey doesn't play are zero

He will play vs Sydney without doubt

I would have no hesitation in Green playing. Use him across half back and get him kicking the pill, doesnt lack courage either. He would def be in my best 18.

Fox sports reporting Jurrah and Watts are in for the swans.

If that happens then there are no complaints from me.

Interested to see if Martin comes in or if Fitzy keeps his spot - with Watts and Jurrah both potentially coming back into the side they may give Clark a run in the ruck.

I wonder how much trouble they'll be in for releasing the teams before Seven News got to it...

ok, pretty much the perfect changes

This will be by far the best side we have fielded all year.

Actually wont be far off our best 22.

No excuses this week.

****in' awesome Neeldy. Play Clark as a second ruck than . Unless we put Watts deep forward, I will be seriously pissed.

Also, Petterd uploaded an Insta photo of him being back home in the GC, so that one was easy. Green though?

Good and fair changes. Bit of pace and class there although I'm surprised Bennell kept his spot. Petterd and Bail were no good and Fitzy and Bate were the right ones to also make way.

Our forward half looks good this week, hopefully Jurrah can snag a few.

Me too. With a season total of 7 possessions, mostly crap ya daks handballs I am flummoxed. If he's in to stop Jetta I don't fancy his chances.

Good changes I guess. I'd have liked to see Fitzy in for 1 more week, but the ins are good. Looks a strong side, hope Clark stays up forward more of the game. Even with Watts and Jurrah, I'm unsure whether they'll be clunking big marks and it's a bit awkward having him get the ball in the middle and look up with stuff all to kick to.

Bennell is soooooooooo lucky

Hoping to get a good showing from Blease.

Have a feeling one of Bennell or Blease will be the sub. Hoping like crazy the vest isn't handed to Blease...
