We are catching them on a 6 day break, early kick off and they have a decent injury list. If we have made the improvements I think we have we should be winning. Carlton and Lions follow and from what I’ve seen of them they are both gettable as well. We just did enough against the Giants to give it a passmark but only a win will suffice this week.

We are catching them on a 6 day break, early kick off and they have a decent injury list. If we have made the improvements I think we have we should be winning. Carlton and Lions follow and from what I’ve seen of them they are both gettable as well. We just did enough against the Giants to give it a passmark but only a win will suffice this week.

Carlton will be tough (albeit not impossible) but I must admit that I also have my eye on the Lions in Gather Round. Something weird is going on with them. Have to see how they go against the Pies next week.

Simpkin for Goater is the obvious change, and the more I think about it the more I'm expecting Greenwood to come in for CCJ.

Unlike other players who underperformed in round one, I don't think CCJ was ever first choice for his position. Greenwood probably would have started for us in round one had he not done his ankle, so it makes sense to bring him in now.

I think McDonald in for Tucker (Scott to move back to the wing) is inevitable at some point, but I'm not sure if it happens this week. That's probably a 50/50 call at this stage.

Lazzaro and Shiels get another week.
