I think they all need some time together before we pot any of them but I don't think anyone should be banned because they don't think much of Pink or be called a coward cos they won't take a stupid bet aimed at keeping them out of a thread where everyone says stupid stuff. Corr looked underdone and a bit lost but he wasn't the only one.

Agree you can’t ban someone for having NFI.

I do get the frustration people have though when the same individual is potting a first gamer, yet defending an absolute useless log of a bloke that the club gave up a decent pick for.

I would rather us persist with Pink than keep watching the Ambassador for Souvlaki Hut keep spudding it up every week.

Don’t care about the changes. Just here to say it’s a MUST WIN. If we lose this, it could have a huge impact on the confidence of the team. Essentially guaranteeing 0-4 to start the season would be a disaster imo. And no I’m not overreacting. I just think we need to win early.

That is 100% true. We won clearances and although I think Will would have helped maybe a little, I don't think he would be much more influential. A big bodied midfielder is the one we need, and we just don't have it on the list. Cam is the one that can stop gap and perhaps Greenwood.

Need to see how the VFL boys go before we can say who replaces them but I'd probably bring in Comben and Greenwood for Corr and CCJ, probably Bergman for Goater and Phillips for Lazzaro

Question….why were Comben and Wilphil not in this week?

Lazzaro over Phillips was probably to reward pre-season form, I think it was a line-ball choice and Charlie deserved a chance. He's had it now so we try something else. Comben has spent the whole pre-season learning to play KPD so he wasn't in the frame for CCJ's spot. Probably should be.

I feel like we're a sneaky chance against Carlton. This might come back to bite me but they'll be coming off a bye, they're being pumped up by the media, we're better-equipped to handle them now than we were in the same fixture last year, and I'm not that convinced about them generally. The comeback win against Brisbane was incredibly impressive but good sides would want to be beating Richmond by a lot more.

Do we? Our backline went alright today. It's been talked up as this massive issue but Dawson was excellent and Pink held his own, they weren't the reason GWS kicked a big score. We'll miss Goater but the other smalls were solid.

I don't think experience is the issue because Corr was by far the worst back there.

Lol, better backline. We were missing B McKay and Logue. As I said, it was Corr and Bonar against H McKay and Curnow. If you go back and look at what happened, Curnow received soft frees throughout the first half. Only reason they were in the game at HT. Then in the third quarter, the umps turned it up even more. Stephenson too-far and Zurhaar non-high tackle off the top of my head, not to mention more frees to Curnow. Then we became disillusioned, then the onslaught began
