Feeling alright about this game. Last week was encouraging in a lot of ways, with the exception of Goater's injury, and everyone will benefit from the genuine hitout with the new gameplan under their belts, which should see us be a bit more organized this week. Under the roof at marvel against an interstate team is another thing in our favour. Overall I'm expecting to see an increase in lowered eyes as we head into the F50 as well as not getting cut up anywhere near as bad when the opposition is on the rebound.

Got my fingers crossed that Pink can position himself better, that Corr gets over whatever the **** was going on last week, and that CCJ is reminded he's eleventy feet tall and weighs as much as most suburban cars.

Also got my eyes on Big X's ruckwork, loved almost everything about him last week but thought not enough of his taps were really to genuine advantage. But if Clarko's plan is happy for him to sacrifice risky creativity for the sake of a scrappy contest that Big X will impose himself on more than his counterpart, then that probably works to a degree too.

Questions to be discussed after this week:

1. How much longer do we persist with CCJ, if Duursma, Stephenson and Curtis again chip in with multiple goals each?
2. is Chom purely a defensive option now? Is him playing forward still a possibiltiy?
3. Lazzaro or Willphil? Lazz needs a big one this week.

Jy is the only confirmed in we can be sure of.
That leaves Bergman, Sellers, Greenwood and Harvey as those in line for a recall this week. No one else has put their hand up. Not McDonald or Phillips or Comben.

CCJ, Lazzaro and Shiels are the ones most at risk of being dropped. Tucker also not safe.
Calls to drop Pink should only be if Biggy is replacing him. Otherwise he stays.

With Goater confirmed out I would bring in Bergman as like for like. We need another defender and it cant be LMAC.
I would give Lazzaro another week but reckon one of he or Tucker will go. It'll be Lazzaro IMO. Shiels has to stay and tag Serong if were serious about winning this game.
CCJ goes for either Sellers or Greenwood.
