I wouldn't be surprised to see minimal changes to personnel and gameplan, and for the players to look flat as a tack.

Even if it's the same team, I just wanna see Chaplin throw it around a little and get some different guys in different positions except for Turner and Petty who should play their actual positions

i think we'll see some changes. i reckon part of the reason Goody got the arse is that he was coaching for the now and wouldn't experiment and playing the kids enough.
instead, he kept talking about how we were not far away, and making the same old delusional moves like bringing in Petty forward on the back of weak form in the VFL, playing old guys like Tmac and Melksham, not to mention playing an injured Viney, over giving opportunity to some kids against a shit team in a home game that means nothing in the grand scheme of things.

At best it's his chance to demonstrate he can keep an assistant position and not get turfed with the rest of the trash.

But I'd clean sweep the place regardless.

Yeah I like Chaplin but he is part of the boys club there. No way should he be our head coach. Needs to be a fresh start with new coach and new assistants so the players don't go moaning to their mate behind the new guy's back.

Kinda rough to throw in Mentha etc in what will probably be a bloodbath but would be exciting to have him in.

R Mentha and Kentfield are both contracted for next year.

Verrall is out of contract, and from what i see of him recently... he's well worth sticking with. I would hope he stays with us, instead of maybe going home.?
