Good bye Reilly?
Interesting, he said Brown is a definite in. That leaves Smith and Reilly has options, I can't see Smith being dropped but it could prompt a move to the midfield or Reilly into LRO.

Where did be say Brown would be an in?

Not in that article?

Unfortunately, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that Smith will be dropped; but lets hope he isn't.

"Some boys who played in the SANFL on the weekend showed they were hungry so they'll get their opportunity."

Wright & Lyons didn't, yet I expect them to be back in.

Another article on the website, Sando says MacKay and Brown will be in, and also said Porplyzia to stay in, he was happy with his performance.o_O
He also flagged previously there would be changes... so Brown and MacKay in for Petrenko and Crouch?
(Thats what I think they'll do)

But I think Reilly's time is up, even his year last year was over inflated because he played loose, took 10 intercept marks a game , but still gave up 2 or 3 stupid error goals. Smith takes his role for mind, especially if Danger may be moving to half back.
Going to be interesting selection tomorrow!

Surely Sando has to make at least 4 changes MINIMUM.

Anything less will be a jelly back response of the highest order.

Reilly out for Brown
VB out for Mackay
Hendo out for Stiffy.
Lyons in for Petrenko (Inj).

This as a starting point.

How many weeks this year have we managed to go into a game with an unchanged lineup? Is it one (Freo game)?

Everyone wants at least 3-4 changes a week.

Stiffy is just about a definite in based on those comments. He's averaging 4 goals a game in the SANFL and had another big game on the weekend. If he'd played 9-10 matches, he'd be leading the Ken Farmer by a mile (currently 3 goals off first place.) I hate him as a small forward, and wish we'd throw him back in defence, but he's banging down the door as a forward.

Kerridge has been poor the last fortnight. He might make way. Unless he's kicking for goal (which he hasn't been) he looks completely uncomfortable with the ball in hand. Takes an eternity to make a decision.

I would happily see Hendo and Reilly out of the side. Lyons never should have been dropped in the first place.

Man would I love to see Martin get an extended run on a wing/hff. It has been forever since we've given him a decent shot in a position that actually suits him. It doesn't seem like it will ever happen, barring injuries to literally every other option in the squad, but I still think he'd tear it up, if given a proper chance.

He (Smith) won't be. We are not going to to drop the one defender that kicks and moves the ball on quickly.

Maybe that is why he may get dropped :D

Our game plan stinks this year - the coach(es) who introduced it should be dropped.

B Tambling, Talia, Laird
HB Lynch, Dangerfield, Douglas
C Mackay, Lyons, Henderson
HF Sloane, Mckernan, Otten,
F Porplyzia, Rutten, Callinan

R Jacobs, Vince,Thompson

Wright, Grigg, Reilly, Kerridge (S)

change things up a bit...

Tambling, done and dusted.

In: Brown, Mackay, Jaensch, Wright, Lyons
Out: Kerridge, Reilly, Petrenko, crouch, VB

Will be something close to this. Henderson and porpoise lucky

Three things that wont happen:
Danger wont play backline
Lynch wont play backline (fwd line would be a disaster with smack and jenkins alone)
Johncock wont play again- too fat, as harsh as it is, word is he may never play again
