I think Worrell, Schoenberg and Cook should come in.

Ideal would be Sloane as sub for Tex's 250, but it just seems so unlikely.

definitely Worrell if Dood out injured, that said we could go with 2 KPDs with Hinge the quasi 3rd tall. There won't be any other changes, we might have demoted Sloane to sub if we thought it was going to be a tight finish. The only other potential change is swapping Ned and Murphy around or Ned to 2s and a new emergency. This is our group and continuity matters if we can somehow get them into the 8.

He's struggling and was probably worst on ground.

I don't think they will but I think he deserves it.

Sloane looks a bit cooked you're right. I actually said I'd drop him but your anger problems took over.
He certainly had moments in sure he'd like to forget.

Needs to be reminded he isn't elite yet

Perfect opportunity to bring Nankervis in
We're not likely to take any selection risks while finals are a chance.

No new players for now. Forced changes only.

Losing tonight basically confirms no finals.
Let's get games into players who might be good enough and forget picking those who won't be there when it matter.
Why does it confirm no finals? Geelong lost to Gold Coast. So did the bulldogs... Melbourne lost to the dockers. Most teams have had a loss like this already this year. You would have to be the biggest glass half empty person on here.

We need to win this by atleast 50+ sorry Shuestar 😂

No need to be sorry :) Quite honestly, I am expecting a heavy loss. The potential for your forward line to score is frightening.

The only thing that may “save” us is the aftermath of your trip to Darwin, depends on how the side pulls up - will no doubt be a light week on the track. Ridiculous scheduling from the VFL, not sure as to why you aren’t having your bye this weekend coming.

That’s why there is much to be positive about, you’ve had a tough draw thus far and played some excellent footy. Just needed to convert a couple of results on the road. Still tracking well :)

Dropping Soligo would be idiotic

Anytime he’s played a poor one this year he’s followed with a cracker

Inconsistency is expected in season 2
Exactly.

Inconsistancy is to be expected with young lads that havent even hit 50 games..

Not with guys that have played 100, 200, 300 games.

Dropping Soligo?..

Fxxk me.

What about dropping sloane.. the bloke thats so cooked he cant even keep up with the ruckmen.

What about dropping the complete hack that runs around like a headless chook handballing and kicking wildly, missing goals and missing basic targets and making horrid mistakes… but, but, but.. “he runs hard”!!

We have taken Soligo out of the midfield.. put sloane and keays back in and now when its all turned back to the same sh*t midfield we’ve seen for the past few years..

the solution is “lets drop soligo”!.. really?..

Whats next?.. “lets bring matt crouch back”

and we can get the fxxkn entire band back together!
Keays was probably our best, easily top 3 on the field for the Crows. Unbelievable level of blinders to blame him of all people for that loss. Played on Rowell and kept him to 15 touches, got 25 himself and a couple of goals, kept the team in it late in the third. Throw in 10 tackles as a bonus. Should point the finger at basically everyone else in the team first.

Soligo was dreadful. Dropping him would be totally justified to go and work on getting more of the ball in the SANFL, having more time to make good decisions and build confidence. Not necessarily saying they will drop him, but he'd have to be pretty close. Some good defensive work might keep him in it for another week, but there's plenty he can work on.

Overall I think Cook will play for someone - Soligo, Sloane, Sholl seem to be the obvious candidates (McHenry was already the sub so could come out without a change).

Sloane has to go B4 Soligo, albeit Soligo was dreadful .....particularly v WCE

You'd think Schoenberg will get a gig this week .....logical that Sloane, Doedee & Ned make way

Schoenberg, Worrell, and Cook come IN

Those would be good changes, but would probably leave Schoenberg as sub which I'm not too sure about. Would ideally like to see Schoenberg start and get some CBAs, see how he does. Sloane as sub for most of the rest of the year would work for me.

Yes, agree ....Sloane as the SUB this week ...as he should have been yesterday

The logic would be

Doedee out: Worrell in
Soligo out: Cook in
Sloane out: Schoenberg in
Scholl out: Berry in
Sloane replacing McHenry as sub

Worrell as straight swap for Doedee. Jones and Cook to take the wings, with Cook taking over Scholl role.

Soligo is replaced by Schoeberg with Berry taking Sloane's spot, with Sloane moving to sub to replace McHenry

Keays has just nullified Neale then beat Rowell

One of our best in last 2 weeks

I think we need to get Schoenberg into midfield but back him for longer this time as we can’t afford to be all old guard and can’t get enough minutes out of Rachele at moment until he’s fitter and fresher

Ned back to sub please

Not in a million years am I dropping Soligo for Cook

Need Schoenberg in to spice up midfield and just need to wear his errors until he gets comfortable

Maybe. No finals' wins even if we jag 7th/8th. Too many of our blokes go missing when the heat is on.

I agree.
Nicks has a brave decision to make. Prioritise/develop youth-first and jeopardise his job, or push for ladder position to keep it.
