It is becoming tiresome that we are picking certain players because of the TOG capacity and we are not pushing players beyond their pain tolerance.

I think Trengove will be down back soon. I was not at the magpies game, but I read that we were resting Frampton and Lobbe at centre half back. Possibly we were trailing what it would look like? I think I have underestimated Hartlett's impact in the back lines. He stays. Hombsch, Clurey and Jonas stay. So we keep two of Pittard, Houston, DBJ, OR Broadbent.

We actually need forwards in the forward line. Dixon and Wingard and Neade are our only true forwards. The rest were fill ins. Neade is a problem, and Wingard was not played there. Bring in a forward if Wingsrd is playing in the middle. If Westhoff is not playing as a forward, then drop him...the fact that he runs around a lot is no longer good enough.

We can't afford to carry both Robbie and Travis in the forward line. Anyway, we need seven players there.

Dixon, Sam Gray, Robbie Gray, impey, a tall forward like Howard, a smaller tall forward in Eddy and another small forward, say a Neade or even a Monfries type, someone to rotate through the middle.

That is fourteen.

Mate, I may not be Einstein, but I made it to year 12 back in the days when you had to pass to get to the next level, Kern probably repeated year 9 twice, and left school as soon as he turned 15.

I wouldn't put Young back in the team, but that is what I expect will happen, happy to be wrong though.

It's true the game has moved on it's not decided by actual scoring it's pressure acts and general good bloke feel factor

I'm one of Neade's biggest fans but he should be dropped purely for passing it to White instead of taking the shot, no idea whether it's coaching or confidence but it needs to stop or he shouldn't play. The problem is of course that so many players were worse tonight. Robbie was unacceptably bad, a player like him should never have a game like that, no excuse (except if he's injured).

Impey and Sam Gray need to kick goals, too often they don't and it must cost games.

I am going to bite the bullet and post that it is time to give Westhoff and Boak a holiday in the SANFL. These guys have been loyal servants but they are not our future and are both near the end of the road. If we are going to loose in the West, as looks likely, why not give a few up and comers some experience? Pittard and Neade should also go.

Something has to happen to shock these guys into the reality of their situation. I could easily make four changes with some big names going out but it will not happen.

I'd bring in Eddy or Howard but if not play Westhoff back up forward , Gray can only be a target when he's one on one at the most so we become too predictable when we try and give Gray or Dixon too much room , there needs to be more targets .
Hartlett could be an out but he leaks anyway as does Pittard , so it's impertitive that they hurt offensively and they're not at the moment do I'd Ne happy for Bonner to come in for one of them , we need run from there , ?m
Neade started off well but died right out , I'd expect him to be an out .
White will be on thin ice after tonight though I'd give him another go I guess , if he doesn't run and carry he's ordinary .
I'm still not convinced by Jacko up forward , he has his moments but doesn't lead up well enough .
