In: Danny Chartes (Time to give him a go W.A boy, Sheeds want too play W.A boys has been in the bests for bendigo alot) Jay Neagle (See what his got) Heath Hocking Ricky Dyson

Out: Nash Camporeale Dempsey M.Johnson

I would say fletch would be in?

Mine woudl be

Out: Nash (Inj) Campo (Inj) Dempsey (Inj  ) Reimers, Gumby
In: Bolton, Heff, Fletch, Bradley, Hocking

Considering Sheedy's presser where he said he would play the WA boys and give Neagle a go.

Out : Nash, Campo, Dempsey (all injured), Hille, MJ
In : Neagle, Bradley*, Johns, Peverill, Dyson

*Don't know if Kepler is injured or not.

If Reimers and Gumbleton weren't from WA, they would both be dropped.

This is the side Id like to take to Perth

IN: Houli, Bradley, Dyson (if fit, Fletcher (if fit), Jetta, Watson

OUT: MJ, Hille, Monfries, Nash (inj), Camporeale

B Slattery Michael Ryder

HB Dempsey Fletch NLM

C Dyson Watson Lovett

HF McPhee Gumbleton McVeigh

F Hird Lloyd Lucas

R Laycock Stanton Winderlich

INT Welsh, Jetta, Houli, Bradley

- I think this is the way of the future. Hille, Monfries and MJ have been very disappointing and somewhat a liability.

- Like to see Bradley rotate with one of our 3 tall forwards and play only there. If Fletch doesn't come up then Lucas down back and Keps up forward.

- Like to see the youth get a crack but if Sheeds wants to play Pev, JJ, MJ, Bolts, Rama and Heff as a farewell game, then so be it, we have nothing to gain.

OUT: Nash, Campo, Dempsey, MJ, Hille
IN Houli (if fit), Hocking, Bradley, Dyson, Fletch (if fit). If the 2 (if fits) dont come up, then put in Bolton and Neagle.

So the team looks like this.
FB: Slattery, Mal, Fletch
HB: Lucas, Ryder, NLM
C: Stanton, McVeigh, Winderlich
HF: Bradley, Gumby, Lovett
FF: Welsh, Lloyd, Hird
Rucks: Laycock, McVeigh, Houli

Inter: Hocking, McPhee, Reimers, Dyson.

I know it probably isnt the best thing to put Scotty in defense, but if we want to try out the combination of Bradley and Gumby (which I think we should) then we really have no choice, otherwise we would be far too tall up front.

Jetta and Watson are injured, so wont play.

Geez would hate for the ball to hit the ground in the backline...

unfortunately, with the exception of scotty, the other 5 are our best 5 available defenders. Obviously the matchups will dictate how the backline sets up, but as I said, if we are to give Bradley and Gumby a fair go, then Lucas needs to go back. If WCE plays Staker, Lynch, Hansen and Hunter forward, it might not be a bad setup anyway. However I doubt they will line up like that.

Push Welsh back and put Lucas forward... Dont play both Bradley and Gumby on the gorund at same time..

Yeah I suppose that would work. Come to think of it, WCE dont have any players that are a real threat across the half back line, so Welsh definitly could go back. With that in mind, here is my revised team.

FB: Slattery, Mal, Fletch
HB: Welsh, Ryder, NLM
C: Stanton, Monfries, Winderlich
HF: Gumby, Lucas, Lovett
FF: Reimers, Lloyd, Hird
Rucks: Laycock, McVeigh, Houli

Inter: Bradley, McPhee, Hocking, Dyson.

In: Dyson, Rama, JJ, Neagle, Lee and Houli
Out: Nash,Dempsey,Campo (all inj) MJ, Hille and McPhee

Play Ryder and Laycock in the ruck
Lucas CHB (WON A B&F THERE) and play Neagle and Gumbleton across Half Forward

He also won at CHF

Yeah Scotty might be good at CHB, might save 2 goals, but he could kick 4 at CHF.. Which is better? Yeah he is a good CHb, but he is a better CHF

Rumour has it Davey could return

His injury was ment to be sustained for 6 weeks this is his fifth?

Not completely sure so don't try and bag the hell out of me

He had to be out for 8 weeks, he's been out for 7.

He can't play under the AFL rules, whether he's fit or not.

But in his press conference he said he was gonna play the WA boys.

Sheeds says a lot of things.

Out: Dempsey, Camporeale, Nash (inj), M. Johnson, McPhee
In: Bolton (BOG and 4 goals today for Bendigo), Heffernan, Houli, Peverill, Fletcher (if fit - if not - Bradley)

Swap Houli for Neagle.

My side:

B: Slattery (gets Judd), Michael, Neagle
HB: Lovett-Murray, Ryder, Lucas
C: Winderlich, Bolton, Lovett
HF: Hird, Gumbleton, McVeigh
F: Laycock, Lloyd, Monfries
R: Hille, Stanton, Peverill
Int: Welsh, Heffernan, Reimers, Bradley
