Yeh I think most of us could see that, it was mainly Ess peoples jeering him. Happened all night to us though, someone gets the ball under pressure, 3 or 4 Ess players turn up to the contest and maybe 1 of ours trail in after.

B: Frawley, Davey, Terlich (why why why did they let rivers go)
HB: McDonald,Bail, Watts (he played well there last year and he can do it again)
C:Viney, M. Jones, Byrnes (anyone has to be better than Grimes last night)
HF: Howe, Magner, Trengrove
F: Clarke, Jetta, McKenzie (put some pressure on the opposition defense, no more easy outs)
Foll: Gawn, N. Jones, MacDonald
I/C: Pederson, Jamar, Grimes, Blease (last chance for Jamar, Grimes and Blease, shape up or ship out)

We had a few good players last night and some great players last year, we just need to get some good players around them too

People seem to misunderstand. We didnt let Rivers go, he wanted out.

I really don't know. Frustrating as although he is not the most talented ball user, he has a red hot go and could be helping Jones set some kind of example in the middle.

We could keep as a rookie for one more year before he has to be elevated or delisted, made sense to keep him on as a rookie and then we promote him at the end of the season.

Yes obviously we could keep him as a Rookie, but I don't understand why we didn't draft him onto the primary list at the end of last year. He played a lot of senior games last year and showed real competitiveness. If he was on our primary list he would be playing in the seniors right now.
