I want to change from Richmond to another team and I don't know how to do it. I was sure it was under 'Account details', but it's not showing right now. Is it not showing because my account is currently restricted?

All accounts are restricted from changing teams. Have been for a long time apart from a recent change. I’ve changed it back so teams are permanent.
