Go! can't show either the tennis or cricket. As both are on the anti-siphoning list they are shown on Nine or not at all (unless rights are on sold to PayTV).

Absolute bullshit. Since when do 9 show international ODI's?? If they meant something I could understand but they mean next to nothing! Typically ****ing inconvenient. Here they are at Wimby where sporting history is being made and they show us meaningless cricket! Disgraceful.

ah you're right, i thought it was only tests. Why the f*** is useless one day cricket matches on the list but not all stages of the French and US Opens, bizarre.

LOL, I know what you're saying but fair well know that can't happen. Any FTA exposure is good for the game and now that we live in a age where we can watch it by other means if they don't show it properly, what's the point of worrying?

Don't know how I survived so long without broadband internet :eek:

Did anyone hear what that moron Mark Woodforde said last night when I think Djokovic challanged a serve? They showed the hawkeye shot and the ball was just touching the edge of the centre line, but most of the ball was touching the service line on the other side. Mark Woodforde made some comment along the lines of "but that's touching the line on the other side" (or something to that effect). Epic Lol, the thing says in because part of the ball is touching the centre line you FLOG.
 
So at the moment we have Foxtel not allowed to show any live singles tennis, yet CH 9 aren't showing anything till 11.00pm, **** ME, when is this crap going to end.

Clijsters/Vera seems like being a great match, and will be well into it by the time CH 9 get it on.

But then again I guess a 3 year old "first run" episode of British crap is better then live sport, CH 9, no better then any other commercial channel.
 
Hey, at least the coverage will improve tomorrow night for the men's quarter finals...

...oh wait, it starts later than it does tonight + they'll cross to a dead rubber in a meaningless ODI series later on.

The other night in SA they actually cut off Footy Classified to cross to the Hewitt game. The stupid thing is though that the match didn't actually get under way until about 11:30 anyway, they just cut across for the pre-match talk.
 
Why won't nine let foxsports show the Djoko/Lu match tonight?:mad::mad:
Will they show the full murray match or continue with the meaningless and already decided odi.:rolleyes::mad:
