Channel Ten News Tonight (Qld Only)

Just in case anyone didn't know tonight (Tuesday) is the first of a three part (I think that's what Vossy said) special on the Lions during the sports section of Ten News.

Could anyone you tube it or provide a link to the ten website so us non Queenslanders can have a look at it.

Might have a look at Sports tonight, might be on there nationally they seem to show things like this that were only showed in one state in prime time (But don't hold me to that).

I'm just thrilled to see the Lions getting some exposure in the news again. It's also a great opportunity to educate Brisbanites/ Qlders about our great team and the great game, especially after the junior sign on weekend and the NAB cup coming up. I think they said the midfielders would be covered tomorrow. Not happy about the backline being referred to as "no namers". Surely there are other euphemisms that could be used to describe our young side, especially since they are not "no namers" to us!

and as Roe pointed out despite the fact that they are "no namers" at the end of this season most of the "no namers" will have reched between 50-60 games!! Which just goes to show they are only no namers to the media etc etc.

Tonight they are focusing on the senior players.
