You're right, he's looking like the pick up of the season and is underrated by other clubs supporters. I Can't wait to see Rance, Grimes and Chaplin in the same team again.

If he doesn't come up, I'd bring in Batchelor and give Astbury a job on Koschtitske. We wouldn't lose much structurally, just be setting a bit of a challenge for Astbury to prove he can handle the big boys shall we need him too in the future.

This is great news for Chaplin and the team. He has really improved in a team with better players around him. It would be handy if he played against the Saints, who have Riewoldt and Koschitzke.

If Grimes comes back it will be to get a couple games into him before finals. They are handling him very preciously. They do not want him to be set back at all.

To have a fit and firing Grimes back for if we make the finals would be an asset.

so glad. I was really worried when he was limping/being carried off. He is so important to our backline, it has improved remarkably this year with his big presence and level head/leadership down there.

Rance took Riewoldt when he went up the ground, Chaplin when he was down back. Will be interesting if they go Rance on Riewoldt the whole game or bring someone else in (if Chaplin can't play) that will play on Riewoldt when he's in our defensive 50.
