Surprised it doesn't happen more often. Every knows Chappy has a short fuse.

There was no force in it so I'm hoping good sense will prevail and nothing will come of it. But as 'powinc' said who'd know what the MRP would do. Still can't believe Judd wasn't cited for belting Pavlich.

Chappy should challenge insufficient force and take the week if unsuccesful. 90 carry over points = an extra week next time something happens.

Picken didnt appear effected by the blows, shouldnt be a problem...
it's doubtful that billy jnr will pick on chappy again in the future.

That is how it looked to me too. Picken was not even forced backwards by the blows, nor did he look like any of them actually hurt him. I reckon Picken has been hit harder with a feather duster by his Mum.

They don't usually do this but I would happier if he fought even if he lost he is due for a week and is not in good form anyway, would be better to go on with 0 or 25 points then 95

The MRP inconsistancy in action again.

Picken threw a forceful roundhouse that looked to have concussed Selwood and fortunately didn't break his jaw.

Would hate to see the result of a medium impact strike.

Yep, I'd rather this than him having effectively a one-match ban hanging over his head going into the finals. He looks a bit tired as well and can do with a rest.

Agree, he's such a hothead and the niggle increases now coming into september, and the chance of him losing it escalates.

IMO he could easily be sighted in the same manner as Baker but each charge would carry less points as contact is to the body not head.

I find it a bit disturbing that the footy review shows on the weekend gasbag on about possible MRP sightings before game results.

You know, it looked ugly, but I think they're right. If he'd actually made decent contact, Joel would be eating through a straw right now. As it was he whacked him with the inside of the forearm. Just lucky he was unco!

Personally I don't like having Chappy carrying so many points going into the finals. I would have challenged and either had it downgraded, or taken the 1 match suspension.

What, keep him on ice for the finals? Knock a week off the three and I'd agree! It would have been worth challenging this to get it scrubbed altogether - even if we lost the challenge a week off wouldn't hurt Chappy too much.
