Lets get a list of websites that give cheap games.

There's:

PlayAsia - PlayAsia gives weekly specials, there's also quite a few good bargains. For example, Too Human for $20 and Fallout 3(PS3) for $30.
Cons: The region games vary from Japan, US and Korean.

CDWow - CDWow is an Australian site that sells games cheaper than retail. Cons: Most of the games(If not all) region is Europe so if DLC is region locked, be careful.

Dvd.co.uk
- A European website that has cheaper games than retail.
Cons: Again European region games. DLC may be an issue if it's region locked.

Anyone else got anything to add?

The links don't work1
For some reason when I put in the links, it's linked itself with BigFooty thinking it was a forum. It came out like this: www.bigfooty.com/forum/www.playasia.com/

Don't ask me why it did that.

Hbn00b, do you have anything valuable to add? And I don't mean the amount of times you've been owned on this board.

dvdcrave.com.au can at times have specials

ebay is excellent for bargain games (I bought 10 360 games for about $180 recently)

http://www.gamehead.com.au/ sometimes have good deals

http://www.alltechportal.com/ have some ripping deals, usually on accessories

http://www.maximuscards.com/itempage.php?cat=1 for a great deal on XBL subscriptions (not points, as they are region locked) - this does depend on the value of the dollar, but if the dollar is reasonably strong (as it is at the moment) then it's a much better deal than XBL Subs at retail level

oh and Kerrby, Too Human is actually AUD$13 on P-A, I just bought it :D

Can dish it out but you can't take it.

I can take it but how am I a n00b for the forum creating the error?
You didn't pick up on it(Although it is no doubt like that thread created for the hardest game where the guy linked the whole text and it was to his facebook, yet you called that a massive fail without asking for explanation, fail, n00b, same thing more or less).

Of course I wasn't going to pick up on it ********, why would I click the links that I posted?
Don't need to click them...

Far Cry 2: $49.97
Half-Life 2 Orange Box: $49.97
Mirror's Edge: $49.97
Saints Row 2: $49.97

Good stuff. Thanks for the the heads up man.

Picked up those for PS3.
Far Cry 2 was $55 at my local EB.
Were hoping to find Motorstorm 2 and/or Midnight Club as well, but weren't at my EB unfortunately. Might try another one tomorrow.

They also had pre-owned versions in the sale. Worked out about $5 cheaper for for Far Cry IIRC. Orange Box pre-owned was atually more expensive with only a $5 or $10 off marked price, lol.

Got Valkyria Chronicles ($63 pre-owned) and Guitar Hero: Metallica ($74 at JB) today too. A big weekend of gaming ahead I think :thumbsu:

Haha, damn, I just got that. Good price. I'd be looking for PS3 myself, but that's still cheaper than EB ($32). How much does it cost for postage at Play Asia?

The only thing with that is that the language says "English, French, German", so what the hell does that mean?

I did get my copy of Orange Box from PlayAsia actually, but it was the 'Asia' version which stated just English language so I knew it was safe, but that 3 languages is weird.

Postage is usually about $6 or so, not too bad.

Cheers HBK. Will have to keep an eye on Play Asia from now on.
Bought some dvds from there years ago, and thought they were good service wise.
No worries, I haven't had an issue yet, I bought my Dualshock 3 controller and as I said The Orange Box as well as Burnout Paradise, all have and are still working fine.

If you use them though, make sure you google for a $5 off voucher, basically makes the shipping free.
