Did you actually try to play it? It's just a costume & guns pack. You'll be able to download it without Saints Row IV but try and play it & nothing will happen.

Today's been a mixed bag for cheap games for me. Bought Castle of Illusion Sega Megadrive cartridge for $5. Put in in the megadrive, doesn't work. Tried cleaning it, doesn't work. Decided to buy the current Humble Bundle Indie Bundle for $5, better use of my money.
