Steam has a sale on at the moment. I promised myself I wouldn't add to my ridiculous pile of unplayed games, but Batman: Arkham City GotY and Legend of Grimrock for a total of $10 is irresistable.

Because the Vita is Wifi you don't need a plan. If you get the 3G model, you would need some form of plan (although it wouldn't be enough to use for full games anyway).

All you'll do is connect the Vita to a wifi source and download the games like you would to a home console.
