Yeah no worries man, I have only been doing the mixing and stuff myself for the last year or so and the difference between when I started and now is massive but I still have volumes to learn. It's a crazy dark art....
 
Finished up my second electronic track. This one is better mixed in my opinion, but I'm still pretty new to the mixing in general. It's be cool if you guys could give it a listen and give some feedback. If you leave feedback on Soundcloud, I'll return the favour.

G'day everyone, my band just released a compilation of our 2 EP's. Its available on band camp for just five bucks. Our style is dirty ugly DIY thrash metal. We are also playing a show at the Bendigo Hotel in Collingwood on the 10th of Jan.

Reminds me of the ole days of the metal scene in Melbourne in the 80s.

Not sure. Sam, the former bass player and my brothers friend, is now working as an accountant. Not sure about the other members.

I did hear Sam left the band. Bit of a shame, but can't begrudge him. The music industry isn't the most rewarding financially, at least now he'll have a steady income.

Yep totally. He is a great musician. Actually a brilliant percussionist (but played bass in the band).
 
you don't start bands for steady income..

that's what jobs are for..


something really irks me when I hear people stopped playing music/bands because they got a job or some s**t like that...
