Great work there drawza....all the banners look fantastic and very witty I must say.

My fav is also the one against the Hawks and a close second with the one against the Dees.

Keep up the great work and many thanks for posting the pics.

Well, we got a right royal pasting from Sydney, BUT on a day when there were few bright spots, the girls and boys of the Cheer Squad represented our club with distinction. While most of us in the goal zone area were flat as tacks, sitting like stunned mullets, under the Sydney onslaught, the Cheer Squad refused to "go quietly" and refused to lower the colours! I feel somewhat embarrassed at MY lack of passion and support, compared to our Cheer Squad. I hope to redeem myself at our NEXT home game, and follow the wonderful example of our CS! Go Saints! I have been really impressed with the cheer squad this year . The chanting is great , you keep it going even when things aren't going well. It's been great when we win . The banners have been brilliant this year . You guys and girls make me feel proud to belong to the Saints . Good on you . Go Saints.

During todays game vs the dogs behind the cheersquad there were a few from the outer letting out some ripper chants. You guys should consider using them.
I know exactly the people you are talking about, got one of their chant books during the game, will definitely try and incorporate them with our chants

They are quite frequent at our games. Normally around the pocket area at our end at home games.
They come up with some rippers

I would love to see that too. Just a couple of issues:

a) they drink and don't want to sit in Cheer Squad or goal zone area
b) their vibe and energy is great and would be awesome near the Cheer Squad, but half the people in our cheer squad can barely muster a chant. Trying to get them to sing is near on impossible.

What we need is 100 of people like them.
