Your shithouse performance has quite possibly just raised the number of points needed for 8th by 4 points. **** me, Pies were pretty good, but the Saints could not hit a target, and more importantly win a clearance -and against Collingwood's midfield - all game. And with that, 8th has jumped up to the pack with 5th, leaving 9th, 10th, and 11th (yes we are 11th now. ****ing Carlton) languishing below.

On a slightly unrelated note, Stephen Milne could not possibly be an AFL footballer.

And yes I'm pissed off.
 
damn it i wanted collingwood out. hopefully they or the saints and the lions keep losing for the next three rounds :thumbsu:

oh and we need to keep winning i guess.

adelaide game is a must win know with carlton ahead of us if we dont win.

I Barrack for two teams. Richmond and whoever plays Collingwood on the weekend.

Pissed off with the Saints. Gee you notice how crap a team is when you hope they win. They were terrible. I just didnt want to hear all the crap about Collingwood bonding together in tough times and sticking fat.

Id love to knock Collingwood out but with Swans,Port Adelaide and Fremantle they are there to stay and we wont be catching them.

What are you talking about delib? I've never started a thread like this in my life, and I don't see what relevance me saying Milne is shit has to do with any Richmond players.

Every team relies on other teams. As of now, all teams bar Geelong are relying on other teams to lose/win to help their cause. I never said that we needed St. Kilda to win to have any chanc of finals. Fact is, it's made it harder for us to make the finals, same as it has for Brisbane, same as it has for Carlton. All the teams fighting for fourth are hoping every other team near them loses games - that doesn't mean they aren't paying attention to their own club, or that they are solely relying on other teams for them to do well.

We've got ourselves into a positon to challenge for the finals through winning our own games, not by other teams abiding by what we want. Doesn't mean it's not helpful if certain other teams lose.

Relax. Pies were up for this game. they may well drop one or both of their port and freo away games, and have sydney at the dome

the way i look at it we can now aim, and realistically hope if we beat crows tomorrow, to finish ahead of saints and pies in the 8. if saints had won we couldn't really catch them but win tomorrow and we are only 2 points from 6th and a game from 5th!!

saints may have been good to us tonight....

St Kilda definatley let themselves down, which gives us a great chance to take a spot in the 8.
They really are a sorry excuse for a football club, a bunch of losers that will never win anything significient, and who only ever enjoy a brief time in the sun before they retreat back to their usual level of mediocrity.

Unlike the Tigers, who now have the foundations in place to launch themselves towards a period of long-term greatness.
IT really is an exciting time to be a Tiger fan, knowing that the framework required for success has now been fully implemented .

Well done to TW and everyone at Tigerland for sticking fat with their vision and plan, ensuring that the Tigers are now set to become the supreme powerhouse in the AFL :thumbsu:

Again, I don't quite understand your logic. Because I don't rate Milne, I'm not allowed to rate Richmond players?

I have inspected Richmond players, and for the most part, I like what I see. There are a few that are shit, and will go at the end of the season, but mostly we have a good foundation for the future.

One confused AFL rule.

We need to be the ones who decide whether we make the finals. Being upset because others teams lost is a waste of time, for if we want to be a final 8 side we need to be winning games against teams above us. You never know, Hawthorn are beatable, but Freo at the moment are showing some pretty good form and may be hard to beat.
 
Looks like Adelaide is the side that we will replace if we make it..... so again today is it.... First elimination final.
