Reasons why not:
Too old
Too ugly
Off field behaviour issues...
Fremantle are NOT the dumping ground for players at the end of their careers
Especially not since he's an Eagle reject and one of my all time most hated Eagles

Neither do we need/want Sampi either. Would be a massive gamble IMO:eek:
 
If you asked me to think of the player in the AFL that I would least want at Freo, then told me to multiply that by 1000, the answer would be Daniel Chick.

Agree 100% with you. I would rather play with 21 players then have Chick run around for Fremantle. The guy is a w***er of the highest order. Enjoy life as a bum Chicky!

Agree with all the posts against this bloke coming to Freo, but its a bit of a worry that Hase rates the bloke as one of his best mates.:confused:

Whats a disgrace is the fact that ur paying out on a guy for keeping his best mate's life private from the media and ppl who it doesnt involve. Chicky is a champion, I hope he doesnt go to Freo bcoz he'd be stuck at a club in a rut!

Will he go to Geelong? No. Reason? We have the best 22 in the competition and he'd be a fringe player at best. At Freo he would definitly be in ur best 22!

Yeah, Chicky would stroll right into the Freo back 6, we could really use another player like him down there :rolleyes:

The guy is bad news - he's not being booted from west coast because he can't perform on the field, it's because of his behaviour off the field. Surprisingly enough, even they do have standards.

I think you should wait a week before getting too cocky. Port will beat your great 22 IMO. Mark Thompson's looking nervous already, Choco will get into his head and teach him a thing or two about GF choking jitters!

He is a spanner - the fact that freo supporters are actually talking about this tool make me laugh. there is nothing to be gained by drafting chick - if any team needed to try their list on unused youngsters its freo - chick is a tossbag. Freo you need to be better than this discussion.

If you read the OP you'll see that the thread was started by a deluded weavil supporter. They seem to think it's important to take care of their little brother Freo and passing down their Premiership Heroes is just their way of showing how much they care. There is not a Freo supporter alive who would support Chick being brought into the club in any way, shape or form. He is bad news and is not wanted.

Actually before this year and the whole Josh Carr thing, I would have thought Chicky was pretty much a stand up sort of guy.

Unfortunately I was wrong!
 
Personality aside .....Chicky is just not quick enough I'm afraid.

Sure he will get an inspirational smother here and there but he don't give you that rebound.

Plus our back line has a lot of options .....perhaps the Eags may want to take Parker - at least he is a good bloke.
