Unbelievable, and even more so in light of the horrendous crimes perpetrated by some men while on bail or parole:

If he hurts another child before he goes to jail in March, whoever gave him bail should be held accountable.

Its difficult to believe that all jurisdictions dont have a presumption against bail for crimes like this against children.

It seems such a no-brainer.
