We're going to dig up Mickey Rooney and give it some Breakfast At Tiffany's under the Semmy jetty?
Great Wall Utes are going to be made at Elizabeth??
If you go the Maglev self driven 500+km/hr trains you will have long express routes and the shorter many stop routes. Once the track infrastructure is built it will be easy to incorporate towns. But you will have to build service towns anyway because you need people continually maintaining the track and upgrading.Needs to incorporate country towns imo then you can be an hours train ride from the city you work in but still live in Dubbo, Mt Gambier, ect ect
Thats true, I'm not to concerned about the towns but if you make transport to work possible it will work wonders for demand of houses in the adelaide suburbs and create growth in suitable towns (not to dissimilar to what happened/happening in the Mt Barker area now with the South Eastern freewayIf you go the Maglev self driven 500+km/hr trains you will have long express routes and the shorter many stop routes. I dont think you want to live in Mt Gambier and travel to Adelaide or Melbourne every day for work. Tailen Bend type distance would be wiser.
Or high speed Trams to Adelaide Oval..In all seriousness though, the Chinese government are announcing a partnership with TransAdelaide to deliver high-speed buses to Adelaide Oval.
Direct Flights to Adelaide oval perhaps
Cant see why the Chinese would get involved in manufacturing in Australia considering they do it vastly cheaper in their own country.

Not another o-bahn extension. Somebody please think of The trees. In all seriousness though, the Chinese government are announcing a partnership with TransAdelaide to deliver high-speed buses to Adelaide Oval.
Its only high end, low volume and high priced goods that they would be interested in the manufacturing field. They are interested in what Australia has a comparative advantage in, cheap land, minerals and resources, agriculture, fisheries, food production, real estate, vertically integrated tourism projects and some services ie educational and professional services.Cant see why the Chinese would get involved in manufacturing in Australia considering they do it vastly cheaper in their own country.
