You predicted that we would finish second, didn't you? Got an early tip for who'll win next year too?
Ha that's right, I'd forgotten about that.

I did tip Geelong on the day though (I tipped Port last year).

It's strange, so often when Geelong fails I think of things that I should have done differently, and for some reason I think that would have changed the result.

And I'm a very logic- and reason-based person, but somehow this club makes me stray from that and think, for example, 'if I had tipped Hawthorn, Geelong would have won'.

Haha I'm glad to hear that, I'm not alone in that regard then. Last year I prayed for Geelong to win and that I would donate that money to the Salvos instead of betting on the game, and it worked.

This year my brother was so confident Geelong would win he managed to convince me to put $100 on the Cats. I've been wondering ever since. :eek:
