Might be going to Shepparton, which I really don't want to, I wanna stay here. But you gotta take the crap towns with the good one sometimes.

Nope, but when I was down the street today I saw a really nice one, expensive, but nice. So Friday I'll be going down the street to have a look, if I can't find one I'll go to Benalla/Wangaratta.

He said thanks and that he hopes so (I congratulated him on the VFL premiership and I said that he'll end up dominating at another club.)

How much did it cost? Have you already got shoes and something for your head? If you do, make sure you get something that compliments (or is it complements? Damn English :p) your accessories.

Haha might as well, not like you have anything to lose.

Around $100, since I'm not the one paying for it I consider that expensive. I might have to put in some $$$, I have money left over from my birthday so I might use that. Shoes is a big problem, I hate wearing high heals, especially at the races because it sinks into the ground and I have no idea where to get some nice shoes from.
Nope, haven't got any shoes, accessories and I'm not wearing a head thing, I refuse to, they look terrible on me.
I think I might add Todd later tonight, after I make a new layout, if he does accept I don't want to have a shit looking profile thingy. :p
 
Nah that's not expensive at all! It's cheap lol. What colour is it?

For shoes, you can wear nice (big emphasis on nice) flats, or wedges. I'm wearing a pair of Target heels lol, but I might wear flats if the weather's shit.

No! You need a head thing! It's race tradition! Even a simple fascinator or a nice (again, big emphasis on nice lol) headband, or even some flowers in your hair would be something.

It's yellow haha, it looks a bit like a giant lemon tart. So I might not get it, the only problem is because my towns population is only about 10,000 then someone else is bound to be wearing the same dress. :(
Where as if I got it in Benalla or Wangaratta it's less likely for someone else to be wearing the same thing.

I've never worn a head thing, nor will I ever, no one wears them at the Mansfield races anyway.

I might wear flats, odds are I'll be getting shoes from Target or the local shoe shop anyway... So I'll just see what matches with whatever dress I get. :thumbsu:

Ew, some of those dresses are ugly.
I have to buy so much this weekend, accessories, a dress, shoes, hair dye and I have to decide how I'm going to do my hair.
I can't wait though, I love the races and I always get my brother to put bets on for me... Usually I win money. :D
It's easy to find shoes to fit me, I fit into sizes 7 and 8 and sometimes 6 depending on what sort of shoe it is.

Hahaha god yeah. There are two girls who I went to school with in there, but they look pretty good.

Lol! Sounds busy. I've only had to buy my hair thing cos I'm wearing mum's dress and shoes, and I've already got way too much jewellery. I've got everything ready, except for a bag, and I'm not quite sure how I'm going to do my hair either. Someone told me that I should have it up, but I can't afford/can't be bothered going to the hairdresser's, so I might just do a simple ponytail and jazz it up a bit (ie wrap some hair round the hair-tie).

I've never been to the races, and I'm going to the Geelong Cup on Wednesday.

I hate you! I'm a size 4, so no one makes my size, so I have to get size 5's, which are hard enough to find. And I have to clomp around in shoes which are a size too big. :(

Still it was fun. Even if I do suck majorly at Laser Tag. Made up for it at Daytona tho.. and the game of air hockey I had with Dee was ****ing hilarious. I actually got hit!!! Not with the puck, but with that thing you use to hit the puck.

Anyway, this is what I've come up with so far:
- Meet up at QV and go bowling
- Go out for dinner at Crown or Southbank
- Kick on at the casino
- Hit King St and the male strippers. (I dont really wanna do this, I think Budda and BDP will enjoy this in particular)
- Go back to my place.. and my neighbours, where he will no doubt lend us the use of his spa and big screen TV. (Im inviting him anyway... hes cool)

Only 4 and a half months to go till my actual birthday!! :(

Im kidding about the strippers you dorkus. Not about the spa though. Whats wrong with that??? Spa and some drinks.. he got a real good set up over there.

Im not suggesting we have some kind of mass orgy in a spa Eliza. Chill. :p
