*smacks forehead* professional learning.

And camp. weren't you meant to be at camp?
der, just read your post again.
Camp = Wednesday and Thursday. Just the one night thank god. One night camps are soooo much easier than two nighters.

Down at Mt Eliza, will be on the beach all day tomorrow.

High ropes and Giant Swing Thursday. (I am rostered to have time off during the Giant Swing, bah- that is my favourite I wanna do it, so in effect I will have no time off during camp )

I do things like an entree with confit of duck leg with 6 scallops and a reduction jus.

And then something like an awesome caprese salad with Jamon.

And a huge paella with a couple of lobsters in it that you just throw on the table and everyone serves themselves.

Now that's a treat and it's very sociable to see everyone scrambling to get 2nds and 3rds of the paella with a few glasses of wine.

Then finish with souffle and some cheeses. Craps on pavlova for dessert that my mum always trotted out. (although I do have a soft spot for xmas pudding)
Leftover pizza ftw

Omfg I am stressing OUT here... just tried to make two purchases, one on Amazon, one Ebay ($50 in total, nothing major), and both websites are saying difficulty processing order on your credit card, and Paypal wont accept my ****ing CC for my ebay transaction.

W.T.F.

I just bought Nip/tuck a couple months ago on Amazon and it went thru ok.

Omg, so glad BDP doesnt post no more, he would be in here talking about "fish fingers" if he was.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, the night tour is awesome. The animals are like awake and doing stuff, instead of sleeping, you get up close to Koalas, Kangaroos, etc etc.

I dunno what else tbh tho- Gold Coast = Theme Parks and nothing else for me. :D

On a ham?? Like an "oink oink", we love mud variety.

Are you ****ing kidding me???
Can you shoot the roos up there too:confused:

Come back Bdp.

The cantelope thing sounds weird but it is awesome. Works with prociutto too

Yeah I am scrooge this year.

I am over the family thing. I'm pretty much the only one who hooks into the food side if it. Everyone else just cooks a boring turkey and has some cold ham. And then everyone (other than all the kids) stand around like they are waiting for it to end.

Hence my thought being- cancel family and take the kids to stay in Anglesea and load of on seafood, duck etc
Do that often myself. Goes well with a lime and poppy seed dressing :D

Grab some duck confit. Seriously.
I'm not sure where to get it from I'd need to look.
Last time I grabbed it from Healesville harvest

But you buy it with the duck legs surrounded in duck fat.
You only bake them for about 25 minutes and they are done with crispy skin.

Just make sure you keep all the fat to make the best roast spuds ever !!
I had duck for the first time in my life at a French Restraunt for my birthday.

Was loooovely. But i could have done without the $10 bottle of sparkling water we (or should that be "I") got sucked into purchasing by the waiter.
Going for Peking Duck on Friday night. My favorite :D

Don't know about anyone else, but I think we should try and convert this young lass into a Geelong supporter before someone else gets to her first. ;)

Actually, I did send her a message on Facebook to get in touch with Geelong to help promote her campaign which she requested in the 2nd clip, and posted a link of Tom Harley talking about the Just Think campaign as an example of how socially aware our club is. :thumbsu:

My weekend plans of going to Queenscliff with a bunch of blokes to get drunk and play golf and drink was slaughtered by the forthcoming rain.

And to rub my face in it, a Rio Tinto site in WA had a mini crisis with some of our gear this afternoon so instead I'm working. Although at least I'm drinking.

****, its been so quiet in here. We should open the forum to the public :D KIDDING!

I have been on zyrtec, I took two zyrtec today, plus two doses of my perscription nasal spray (which gave me a ****ing sore throat as a side effect ), then had to use the eye drops. I was THIS close to throwing myself off the Westgate- I am on the edge here, cant take much more of this shit.

Medication doing sweet. ****. ALL on hot windy days like this.

Sorry, but i am SO GLAD the rain is coming tomorrow. RAIN BABY RAIN, dump that shit on Derby day, I dont ****ing care as long as my HF symptoms ease for a bit. :(

Night, I'm going to bed am so exhausted.

Will be off to the chemist tomorrow to get more (different) drugs.

Oh. Polaramine has always been the best for me.

I would seriously ask a doctor about different medications. It doesn't go like a zyrtec. The adds lie. Different brands are different.

Hayfever isn't cancer. And pharmacists are not doctors. And pharmacy stock is what they have on the shelf.
