My daughter got up at 5:20 to watch the OC.
She will be stuffed tonight.
you sound like a generous father, up to watch the OC, up to watch tour de france.

I wasn't even allowed to stay up for sale of the century, or allowed to watch the simpsons for quite some years:straining:

Why not the Simpsons NSFB?
I wasn't allowed to stay up either, but used to sneak a look at 'Number 96', which was quite a rude show when I was a kid.

It had to do with the content of the simpsons being 'inappropriate'... LOL

These things have a way of working themselves out, I have made up for lost time and downloaded all 25 seasons... I find it funny, given that it was inappropriate and it is the one of the more tame cartoons.

number 96 is a bit before my time

Farkkkk $62 per ticket to watch Cats v Carlton. wtf
I don't get why ticket prices vary so much. That is disgraceful though! They wonder why less people go to the footy. If you want a feed and a couple of beers then you'll be out of pocket $100! Ludicrous!

Heard back!
We're going for pizza on Sunday as suggested by your good self, which is the positive.
Possible negative is that he stressed the 'let's be friends and see how it pans out', which I read as him being wary, but can understand that too.
sorry to be blunt...he isnt interested.

The simpsons was alway great because it was a bit naught for parents, and kids laughed for different (non naughty) reasons.

To expand, just mean I'm not sure if guys want girls as friends?
Thought it may get too awkward-wouldnt you guys be hoping or wondering at least how it'd be to hook up with a girl friend?
Everyone wants friends.
It would have been very easy for him to flick you aside.

No matter what, he is showing you respect.
Just have a good lunch Kaz.
Don't worry about it. Go casual. It's sunday pizza after all.

*Turn up with a bag filled with something you bought shopping for clothes. Even if it was 3 weeks ago.

Do you think so?
Not sure why he'd agree to go out again if that's the case. Does he really want to be friends with me o_O
well, if i stressed to a female about being "friends" it would mean i am not interested....but i wouldnt even agree to meet as friends so this guy could be totally different.
